Pros: Very nice location, facilities and a good restaurant. Bus ticket included.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
Pros: Everything else. The staff was very helpfull and cordial, excellent location, sleeping conditions were excellent.
Cons: The decoration, but really not important.
Pros: I stayed for one night with my wife to visit Berne. We arrived in Bern by train and were then able to get a bus which dropped us of directly outside the hotel. The receptionist spent time with us telling how best to get around the city and were to go. When we arrived back in the evening we had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel which was again very pleasant and the staff were cheerful and responsive. So overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Pros: the hotel has very friendly and forthcoming staff and it is located at an absolutely beautiful location. The main room of the restaurant where you can dine and eat breakfast as well overlooks the entire city with the mountains in the background, a breathtaking view! The restuarant is very good and serves delicious meals, no need to go anywhere else to eat.
Pros: The building itself and the location atop a hill with a view over the city, river, and to snow-capped mountains behind were special. The lovely dining room had the same view. Our room had windows that opened over lovely grounds with trees and landscaping. It was peaceful and meditative. But it had a bus stop right in front of the hotel to reach the city so easily. We loved the hotel. And we loved Bern. And the girls at the front desk were a breath of fresh air - as was Switzerland.
Cons: There wasn't a computer for use by guests, but the girls at the desk improvised for us with a tablet!
Pros: Clean apartment with good size. There is a supermarket close to the apartment and parking is for free
Cons: The location os 30 min by tram 6 from the city center. We stayed in the ground floor and from the room you can see and hear the cars in the street quite close. I would apreciate a bit more privacy. We had to leave the curtains closed whole time. For that price, I expected something better. Even considering swiss prices, I think there are better options.
Pros: The apartment was super clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed having a balcony. The kitchen had sufficient cloths for cleaning up.
Cons: Although billed as a "holiday apartment" some things that one expects in that type of place were lacking: shampoo (or even shower gel) & bar soap in particular. The listing indicated that there is a laundry facility on the premises, but in fact this is not to be used by "holiday apartment" guests. Staff contact is extremely limited and non-existent on weekends. You are really on your own.
Pros: Nice clean apartment, close to supermarket and bern
Cons: This apartment is part of a senior residence. It was not mentioned in the description, a little misleading
Pros: The flat was lovely, very comfortable and in a brilliant location
Cons: We were quite upset when we arrived as the flat is part of an old people’s complex! This was not explained on booking .com and at first we felt very disappointed and worried ! It was however lovely but it did spoil the start
Cons: No things
Pros: The best hotel apartment I ever had. Very good value for money.
Pros: Superb location - very quiet and next to a Coop and a tram stop. 14 mins to the centre of Bern. The facilities were all working and the place was immaculately clean. Plus we could park outside the apartment and it all worked very efficiently. Finally we were able to check out at 1100.

Pros: Breakfast was very good, spacious rooms, good bed and nice bathroom. Great location to the city, and nice F&B outlets.
Cons: Very very thin pillows, like sleeping on a stamp.
Pros: Very nice large room with an incredible view of Bern. Just across the river from everything and the bus stop was steps outside the door. Best of all we got a free upgrade! Fabulous!
Cons: Wish breakfast was included but plenty of food close.
Pros: Asian buffet very good.
Cons: No TV in bar
Pros: Everything is amazing
Cons: Nothing not to like
Pros: Location and visitor pass for public transport. The tram stop was just outside the Hotel. We were given a room upgrade facing the city centre.
Pros: Location, cleanliness
Cons: No window view due to inside room. booked for two but only one cushion in bed and one set of towels. Poor minibar for that price. No kit for toothbrush/shaver.
Cons: View from rooms
Pros: The location was really good, Personal very kindly. The bathroom was large and well equipped. The noise Isolation was very good
Cons: No natural light, bed a bit too soft and out run
Pros: The hotel was modern looking, and the room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The location was within walking distance to the city center or a quick bus ride. The staff was accommodating when it was late and I realized I hadn't booked my second night.
Cons: It would have been nice if the hotel had honored the first night's price when I had neglected to book my second night. I paid a much higher price. Sounds like some rooms had a better view.

Pros: Comfy and smart.
Pros: The breakfast is basic but very nice. The location is close to the train station and university. The staff very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Very good hospitality and good staff service.
Pros: Nice experience, especially because the public transportation was included in the price. Like this, it was easy to move around in Bern. Nice breakfest. Rooms very correct, surprisingly big.
Cons: It's a bit of a headache to find space for your car. Can buy parking vouchers in the hotel. But it is always extra cost and you need to search. Better do not come with a car. Bern is soo small, can do it with bus and tram. Car is better parked outside of the city, or at home....
Pros: Good bed
Cons: No parking
Pros: Staff is friendly
Cons: A bit far away from city centre. But the hotel gave me Free Public Transportation Pass
Pros: Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff
Cons: Lack of air conditioning was rough during a heat wave, but they at least had fans

Pros: Comfy beds and really nice staff
Cons: No hot water till our last night and beds etc not made up on one day
Pros: Staff were polite
Cons: Despite the fact that Booking.com had confirmed the booking Sept 25 and reconfirmed Oct 23 when I arrived Oct 27, there was no room available. I was hosting a special dinner in the Landhaus restaurant for my goddaughter’s graduation and not being able to stay st the Landhaus was a huge disappointment. I was sent to the Ambassador, a modern hotel with no atmosphere.
Cons: limited breakfast
Pros: Really nice bathroom, beautiful room and really nice staff.
Cons: A lot of noise during the night (moving tables) and in the early morning
Pros: Dinner room and food. All staff serving dinner
Kreuz Bern Modern City Hotel is in the heart of Bern, within a 5-minute walk of Bern Art Museum (Kunstmuseum) and Clock Tower (Zeitglockenturm). Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Planning an event in Bern? This hotel has facilities measuring 6458 square feet (600 square meters), including a conference center.
Pros: The location, it's pretty much nearby to all attractions. Maybe it's because Bern is relatively a small city. But Kreuz Bern hotel is the best i can say.
Cons: Nothing. Everything is good.
Pros: Nice breakfast. Very good location!
Pros: Great staff in front-desk, many big lockers with 1CHF, it will return. There are two elevators, and public space, computers, very impressive. The coffee is great, breakfast also great. Three person room has two TVs and semi open room, good design.
Cons: The door of shower room isn't seal, be aware of wet floor.
Pros: Our room had a balcony, had on-site washer and dryer, breakfast was good and the breakfast staff friendly.
Cons: No air conditioning so we left the window open at night and we awakened by street construction/trash collection noise early in the morning. The laundry on site is great but is only one person at a time and if someone leaves their stuff then no one can use the washer/dryer so you have to wait around.
Pros: Very clean Good rain fall type shower head and pressure. Nice to have different types of rooms to use e.g gym tea coffee tv room lounge laundry.
Cons: Wasnt a full room as we on the highest floor so ceiling angled to roof line just a note as I know its something they cannot change. Breakfast could have been varied up, same choice every day.
Pros: I like location as in the middle of old town and in short easy walk to the station.
Cons: I know it is not hotel’ fault but still I need to say.The location turned out to be disaster if you want to get any sleep at night. We stayed over the weekend and practically had 2 sleepless nights due to horrible noise made by some people till 5.30 am on the streets surrounding the hotel.I could not believe that this sort of behaviour is even allowed in Switzerland in small city centre where everything is closed late at night.Pretty much shocking. The products for breakfast were rather on low quality and the towels were awful. But maybe because it is 3 stars hotel however again I was expecting higher standards in Switzerland.

Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Planning an event in Muri bei Bern? Pros: location was good just a 10 minute bus ride from the centre. staff were accomodating and helpful. clean, adequate and no frills.
Cons: in terms of value for money think we could have done better. Room was adequate but basic. Hotel wqs on a main road although pretty quiet. Breakfast was ordinary although price was quite high.
Pros: Beautiful rooms nicely furnished, lovely staff and a free public transport pass valid for the entire period of our stay, that was really a lovely surprise!
Cons: Stairs at the entrance: with a pram it was impossible to go upstairs, we had to leave the pram in the car and take the baby in our arms to go to our room.
Pros: Very comfortable, large and spotlessly clean room. It was very nice to have 2 comfortable chairs to relax in. Public transport was included and was handy. Tram stop was right next to the hotel. Breakfast with lots of variety. Very friendly staff.
Cons: The beam in the room was a bit tricky; you would need to watch out not to bump your head!

Cons: Late breakfast on workdays
Pros: The hotel was very comfortable and in the perfect location - close to the train station and quiet.
Cons: The restaurant was closed on the two days we stayed there which broke our hearts. We had to have picnics.
Pros: Comfortable, nicely decorated room. The breakfast was very good. Staff spoke English well. Convenient location with a 2 minute walk to the train station.
Cons: Street outside was noisy at night.
Pros: Very nice authentic hotel. Close to the railway station. Tasty local food! You feel the atmosphere of Switzerland :)
Cons: Not everyone in hotel spoke English, but service was good anyway :) Pretty limited choice during breakfast.
Pros: The rooms were spacious and pleasingly traditional
Cons: To have a kettle in the room to make a hot drink later in the evening would be a pleasing extra. Some shampoo with the soap when showering.
Pros: Since I only speak English (I come from the states) an English speaking staff person was a great selling point. In addition, the chef at the attached restaurant turns out some great food.

Pros: Very convenient location near the bahnhof, restaurants, and grocery. The very helpful Ms. Emmenneger.
Pros: Clean with large room. Located next to bus stop and close to the station. Good continental breakfast. The restaurant across the train tracks with the same owners is excellent.
Cons: A little disoriented by lack of staff. However they are just a phone call away and respond promptly to any requests.
Pros: We had late-arrival, but key was already there / prepared. Big room. Good bed.
Cons: Cushion (in bed) was too soft. Couldn't fix the shower on a higher position.(not too bad)
Pros: Kept old charm, but nicely renovated sanitary facilities. Very clean and friendly staff. Great atmosphere in the in/outdoor bar downstairs and also in the Café Bar across the street.
Cons: Can’t think of anything...
Pros: Excellent and quiet location in a beautiful landscape.
Cons: A littel bit more choice of food at the breakfast.
Pros: Proximity to railway station (5-minutes walk) was great, Langnau is a rather pretty little town. Rooms were very clean, had tea/coffee facilities, beds comfortable. Breakfast was fine.
Cons: Loud noise from people chatting outside the bar downstairs. A bit old-fashioned. Nobody to check you in (which wasn’t an issue, things were well prepared. It just felt a little strange). Price too high for what is offered.
Pros: The restaurant was very good and good prices.
Cons: Air conditioner needs to be vented out into the room better. It blew air on your head.

Pros: Bed was bit Dusty
Cons: No reception while check out...my daughter accidentally pour juice on bed...i couldn't inform them..
Pros: Fabulous food and wine selection. Friendly owner with good information about local travel. Great host and accommodating staff.
Pros: I got more than what I paid for
Pros: Located in proximity to Napf and other attractions. Handmade Rösti and very attentive, though slightly intrusive staff. Rich breakfast. Comfortable beds! Ample space in our room. Parking lot.
Cons: Radiates a plain and rather Swiss-specific, worn-down charm. Staff warned us of rooms potentially not being too clean - which the wash basin in fact was. Noisy room facing the street.
Pros: Eased rider !
Pros: I was unsure about booking a room with shared bathroom facilities and a twin bed, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was cozy and clean and the shared bathroom was just fine. We had a wonderful breakfast included the next morning and Stephen was a friendly and hospitable host.
Pros: Location, staff, charm, food (excellent breakfasts, great local dishes& terrific wine selection).
Pros: The building is wonderful - 250 year old former farmhouse - in a quiet location yet easy walking distance to shops and station.
Cons: The ceiling s room is very low and the thin walls that you can hear the people snoring from the other rooms. The night was the worst of my trip.
Pros: I'm not that picky when choosing a place to sleep. Emme lodge is a beautiful and relaxing space. I really like the garden. The room was spacious and a bit rural with low ceilings but fine by me. To top it off the Tour de Suisse passed Langnau the day I was there. It was a great spectacle!
Cons: The owners could have shown me around a bit more. But other than that nothing to complain.
Pros: Great place to stay. Fun owner/host.
Cons: More time to spend in Langnau
Pros: Rooms were spacious and kitchen is well equipped. Cleanliness in premises and staff.
Cons: Cost compare to facilities...
Pros: Great "traditional" location in a tiny town. Staff very kind and always ready to help you.
