Pros: Loved the room and the view. The beach was clean, constant care. We booked an extra night, but did not receive cleaning services. We were accommodated at the front desk by a lovely friendly lady with clean towels and essentials.
Cons: The wait for our room was longer than expected. We did show up early but was told we would be called when the room was ready and never was notified. Finally at 415 or so we checked at the counter once again and were told it was ready. Didn't seem to phase the men doing the check in that we had been waiting for hours even though we were early.

Pros: The property is high up so the mountain and lake views are very nice. The beds and pillows are okay, the pillows are feather, so you need a couple to get comfortable.
Cons: I reserved two rooms for one night, the hotel front desk employee upon arrival gave me a hard time in regards to my reservation and couldn’t find my second room and blamed it on me using a booking website and not calling the hotel directly. The beds were small, as well as the rooms. The rooms were both very dusty and one of the beds had a dirty bed sham. The coffee maker was dirty as well. For the amount of money I paid for one night and two rooms at a hotel of this stature, I didn’t find it worth the price. The private beach isn’t even on the property and the pool hours aren’t ideal for a hotel that has a check in time of 4pm. The breakfast menu was extremely slim. The staff used the virus as an excuse, but if you’re charging the same rates as before the virus, you should accommodate with the same value of service. I am very disappointed and will not stay here again or recommend to others.
