Our room was in a separate building . The facility fails to advertise this. Our shower leaked water all over the floor and could have been very dangerous. The bath tub was broken and the heating vent was so dirty that large dust particles and debris was blow in our room. You could see it collecting on the light fixtures.

Pros (+) Right from the get go the staff is always wonderful - at check in, Eric was wonderful in getting us set up with a room change in the lakefront area with no hassles. The hotel has a wonderful method of sending text messages to check in with you to see how your stay is going and if you need anything. Pros (+) Enjoyed the room by the lake very much. Clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) No amenities such as coffee in lobby that most hotels offer these days...cookies, etc. For the amount charged I feel that they could offer a courtesy cup/sweet.

Pros (+) Location, pools, lobby is great....very Adirondack
Cons (-) No tea in both the room and downstairs in the snack shop. That's just bizarre.....not everyone drinks coffee. Room we had was larger than most but terrible, no view, in corner of the hotel blocked by walk. The hotel wasn't full.....why give,anyone that room?

Pros (+) We had a superior view King room which had a great view of the lake and was convenient to parking. Room was clean and renovated. Easy walk to Main Street. Balcony to relax on in morning and evening. Access to Lake and kayaks.
Cons (-) It was perfect!
