Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the lake and local attractions. Some found the staff friendly and helpful, and a few mentioned the indoor pool as a nice amenity. However, many reviews noted issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and poor breakfast quality. Several guests reported maintenance problems, uncomfortable beds, and concerns about service professionalism.
