Used coffee cup found on arrival Bugs in bathroom Smoke detector beeped because of low battery Air conditioner rattled loud the last day We could not get major networks on tv
The staff was very friendly and helpful access to every place I want to go with it was easy
Not a thing
The cleaning people were very friendly and accommodative. We told them we did not need cleaning everyday. They didn't have to clean at least twice. The facilities were adequate but dated. The TV and the lanai door were new. Probably the toilet, too. It was nice to have a very small fridge in the closet. The location was great. The exercise room was wonderful, clean, air conditioned, tvs, water and most every type of machine and medicine ball/weights you could want.
We didn't think things were well maintained or updated very well. The handles in the shower just spin around loosely. It was very difficult to get a good temperature. Difficult to even find a plug to charge our phones. The mattress was terrible. When I got up out of the bed, I could feel every spring. But, worst of all, it did not feel safe. We had neighbors the night before we left that were very abusive, loud, swearing, loud sex and sounded like the woman was in trouble, crying and moaning. We tried to call the front desk to get help up there and got no answer!! There was nothing on the phone for security! I ended up calling 911. I was afraid for her life and also for ours! There was an adjoining door from our room to theirs. When he was yelling, it sounded like he was in our room. I was afraid he would hear me calling to report him and then what would we do?! We talked to the front desk about it twice as we still were booked to stay another night. They didn't seem to know what to say. They were in that room most of the day trying to clean up whatever the mess was - it must have been awful - the bleach smell and number of people coming and going to clean and bring more bags for garbage or whatever was something.
property was a lot older than I realized..rooms looked worn down
It served it purpose for me, a place to lay my head.
