Pros (+) The location was perfect, as we were in town for a wedding that was down the street. Decent continental breakfast and coffee.
Cons (-) The staff were incredibly rude: chatting on the phone without an indication they would help us, no flexibility for an early check-in despite having vacancy (we had a wedding to get to that afternoon), little interest in making accommodations (seemed annoyed when we asked for suggestions on what to do with our hour before check-in).
