Pros (+) The location was perfect, as we were in town for a wedding that was down the street. Decent continental breakfast and coffee.
Cons (-) The staff were incredibly rude: chatting on the phone without an indication they would help us, no flexibility for an early check-in despite having vacancy (we had a wedding to get to that afternoon), little interest in making accommodations (seemed annoyed when we asked for suggestions on what to do with our hour before check-in). Pros (+) Very affordable for Laguna Beach. Customer service excellent. The location is great, right across the street from beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Continental Breakfast from 7:30-10:30 (Cereal, pastries, yogurt, coffee, juices). Room was clean. All in all, great place to stay. Definitely will again.
Cons (-) Nothing I didn't like.
