Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access local attractions, ski lifts, and restaurants. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast, describing it as varied and delicious. Cleanliness was also noted positively in several reviews. However, some guests mentioned issues with noise due to poor soundproofing and external construction, as well as occasional comments about small bathrooms or dated decor.
