Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly, helpful staff. Many appreciated the convenient access to public transport and local attractions. The rooms and facilities were generally described as clean and comfortable, with special mentions for amenities like the public bath, sake and pickle tastings, and thoughtful touches for families. However, some guests found issues with bed comfort, citing thin mattresses or narrow beds, and a few mentioned minor inconveniences such as room size or air conditioning noise.
