Pros (+) Great location! Easy access to bus lines and subways. The bathroom is quite large relative to the room size. Effective use of space. They can store your luggage for you free of charge if you arrive early. I did this and it was a huge lifesaver.
Cons (-) No minibar, but I never use that stuff anyway.
