It was really nice to have both breakfast and dinner served in our room. Definitely a very unique experience that I would highly recommend to visitors to Japan. The staff were also lovely and made every effort to make our stay comfortable.
The common baths downstairs were pretty small. Thankfully there were no other guests when I used them, if not it would be a little cosy.
The staff were very nice. They tried to work with me. Their english was lacking but we were able to communicate. I loved the overhead light control with dimmer option. The remote was a nice touch. Directions on how to use in english would be helpful.
It was hard to reach the front desk. Breakfast was included but didnt start till 7:30 I left earlier so never was able to partake.
The service was top notch
The staff and service were superb. This place is an excellent choice for those seeking a more cultural experience than hotel provides.
The entire experience was delightful. The staff were very attentive and respectful, making us feel very welcome with a snack upon arrival. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. They were able to meet my dietary needs (vegetarian) without any problems.
There was nothing I didn't like about staying here. I wish we had made time to visit the baths, but we were full and tired after dinner. I would recommend this as a place to stay for a traditional Japanese experience.
