The Four Seasons in Kyoto is a truly spectacular hotel. What a haven of peace and calm! The staff are all so incredibly helpful and nice and nothing is too much trouble. The pool is also magnificent and a terrific place to while away the hours as a typhoon passes overhead! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel provided you can get a good deal on the room rates.
