Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the strategic location, especially for shopping and easy access to nearby facilities, and found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. However, several reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty carpets and bathrooms, as well as unpleasant odors. Service was also a common concern, with complaints about slow check-in, unresponsive staff, and problems with room keys. Parking was another pain point, with limited availability and confusing arrangements. Overall, while some guests enjoyed their stay, others were dissatisfied with the cleanliness, service, and parking.
