Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's strategic location, modern rooms, and some friendly staff. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests noting poor housekeeping, unclean rooms, and inconsistent cleaning schedules. Service received mixed feedback, with some positive mentions of helpful staff but also reports of rude or unhelpful employees. Breakfast options were generally seen as limited or unsatisfactory, especially for non-Asian guests. Overall, while the location and room design were praised, improvements in cleanliness, service consistency, and breakfast variety are needed.
