Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near eateries, malls, and the Sri Petaling Mosque, as well as the spaciousness of family rooms. However, many reviews highlighted poor service, with complaints about unfriendly staff, delayed check-ins, and lack of communication. Cleanliness was also an issue for some, with reports of unpleasant smells, broken facilities, and insufficient maintenance. Parking was frequently mentioned as expensive or inconvenient. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and location, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and parking.
