Especially at the reception, staff was very kind and quick, at the restaurant as well very kind and helpfull if needed. Hotel has a great location with interesting spots besides. There is enough space for everything. In general it is still a hotel to spend 2 nights and enjoy it.
Hotel is in need of intensive refreshment and not costs cuttings. Most of furniture is old and requires replacement. Lots of noises from the general infrastructure. It is obvious that management is keeping the costs down: cheap toilet paper, cheap food (cooks do the best they can from it, but obviously someone is buying food on price not on quality), poor cleaning of general facilities. Ramada has better hotels.

Almost everything. Very friendly and welcoming staff, they were very helpful. The room was nice and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, makes one dont want to leave bed. Nice view from the balcony. Big swimming pool for everyone, it was nice, clean and well organized. The hotel itself is located near many tourist attractions as well as restaurants and shops. Also there are many activists to do around.
The swimming robe costs extra as well as the usage of sauna.
