Location, food, service all outstanding. Pricey, but worth every penny. We didn't take any of the suggested trips as we thought they were too expensive, and similar could be had cheaper in the vicinity. But we made full use of all the complementary offerings and they were excellent.

Staff and services (almost) flawless. Special Breakfast experience. Very comfortable rooms. Attention to details.
A little isolated and the beach not so good. But a great pool . Personally, I didn't particularly appreciate the food from the dinner at the restaurants. But very good service.

The staff was not only exceptional but incredibly attentive and genuine. Our stay was beyond wonderful and we will 100% return to stay at this property. The breakfast buffet was the best in my experience, the contracted excursions were customized and our guides lovely. The rooms were expansive, clean and comfortable. The grounds were intimate, uncrowded and well maintained. The spa was amazing and the extra amenities left us all wanting more.
The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been more time to enjoy it. In hindsight we would have forgone the Hong Island excursion knowing that the resort also offers a free daily shuttle. It didn't matter the room type you can't go wrong at this luxurious and stylish gem of a hotel.

The bed and room design is different from anywhere I have been. The staff is very friendly and the service is great and the property is 10years old but doesn’t feel like it. The pool bar service is great and the view from the pool very nice
The spa prices are way too high. The most expensive spa iv ever been to around the world. And the room we stayed in needs to get updated the cover on the sofa is old and the tub has a stain that needs to taken out. That’s the only thing.
