Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to attractions, restaurants, and the city center. Service is frequently described as friendly and helpful, especially for group bookings and special requests. Comfortable beds and good value for price are also noted by several guests. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with multiple reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Some guests also experienced problems with air conditioning, noise, and minor maintenance issues. Overall, while the hotel offers good service and a convenient location, improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
