Pros: Our balcony and also the dinning room were located just in front of the boats on the Port. Amazing! The crew was adorable. The rooms were clean and there was an extra small room to put our suitcases. There was also a kettle, some coffee and glasses so we could have more coffee whenever we liked. The pool and jakuzi were lovely surrounded by banana trees and some grass. The parking was very convenient.

Pros: When we were there, the first week of October, everything was wonderfully peaceful. No blaring music around the pool, and in fact very few families with young kids. I liked the fact that the buildings are low, and spread out. The main pool is huge and lovely and the fact there was a second good size pool is a plus- there was room for everyone around the pools, no jostling for a sun bed. Rooms were airy, spotless and well-appointed. Food in the restaurant was varied and good.

Cons: Not a criticism of the hotel itself. The beach is very near, and fine for sunbathing. However, it is extemely difficult to enter the water, as it is rocky. Efforts have been made to provide a sandbag walkway, but the bags have disintegrated near the shore.

Cons: All services are for a fee. In the booking is included only the breakfast. The spa, the tennis court and also the beach access is not free (we paid 5€ for a deckchair at the beach). In an hotel like that some services should be included, particularly when you pay 200€ for a room for night.

The place is ideally situated, its only about a 15/20 min walk along the sea-front to Kos Town itself . Would stay there again, as it’s in a prime position for Kos. town, and the beach

Cons: The botel was poorly designed with bar restaurant and reception all in the same area, not the cleanest the lamp shades in the bedroom were all stained. The toilet in en suite didn't flush properly, the water from the flush hit the opposite side of the bowl so no force to rid the contents in bowel. We struggled with the room electric. Key needed to be pushed in hard. No information sheet about what the hotel offered ie did we have to pay for safe we didn't which was a good point. Times of breakfast trying to remember. Did the hotel offer sunbed towels we still have to descove that answer. The hotel in general is tired . Definitely below standard.

Pros: disclaimer: This was a huge hotel with most people being on an all inclusive package. We were not. Most people were non-Greek and stayed by the pool. One of us was Greek and we did not use it. We chose this hotel since we first wanted to relax and its proximity to the sea was a great advantage. We also wanted to explore the island so in the second part of our stay, thanks to the advice of the amazing staff, we booked bicycles and a car. Even walking to town was possible - around 20 Minutes. The Mylos bar next door was also a big plus. In general what we would like to stress is the friendliness of the staff who catered all of our needs always with a smile. With so many people there, it was truly impressive to see how they orchestrated the whole day the activities and the catering. We did not stay much in the room - the beds were good and there was air con and the bathroom big. All great! Ps my friend liked to jog and she found it super great to jog around there!

Pros: disclaimer: This was a huge hotel with most people being on an all inclusive package. We were not. Most people were non-Greek and stayed by the pool. One of us was Greek and we did not use it. We chose this hotel since we first wanted to relax and its proximity to the sea was a great advantage. We also wanted to explore the island so in the second part of our stay, thanks to the advice of the amazing staff, we booked bicycles and a car. Even walking to town was possible - around 20 Minutes. The Mylos bar next door was also a big plus. In general what we would like to stress is the friendliness of the staff who catered all of our needs always with a smile. With so many people there, it was truly impressive to see how they orchestrated the whole day the activities and the catering. We did not stay much in the room - the beds were good and there was air con and the bathroom big. All great! Ps my friend liked to jog and she found it super great to jog around there!

Pros: staff were friendly and the grounds were nice. We would definitely not be coming back though.
Cons: Lots to complain about - shabby rooms, too busy (not enough space for everyone), made to feel different because we weren’t all inclusive, but still had to have the low standard food and drink that everyone else was having; had to pay to book the beach beds - of which there weren’t enough; booked a taxi twice and still didn’t arrive. No shuttle bus to the town event though plenty of people were travelling all day. I emailed our arrival by ferry before we arrived, but this was not received so we had to make our own way without any help. There were other things, but that’s enough really!

Pros: Entertainment team was great. Energizing all guests all day around. Food was delicious. Location is great. Hotel on first line. If you need to visit KOS town public bus stops just in front of hotel. Tickets for bus you can buy on reception.

Cons: Breakfast could have been better. Only a 2 slice toaster that takes only thinly cut bread. But lots of nice bread available that can’t be toasted. No option for scrambled egg/ omelette.

Pros: Traditional Greek hotel. Tucked away from the busy area’s so nice and quiet. Parking was easy. Hotel staff very lovely. On ferry to Athens next day and only five minute drive to ferry port. Swimming pool was ideal.

The bathroom, although small and old, was adorable with the old preserved tiles. I did not use the pool but it definitely is a bonus for a city hotel.
Cons: I used the room alone but it had two beds and it would be small for 2 people. The hairdryer was not in the room but had to be rented as the reception ( there was no problem, though). The WiFi did not work in my room at all - I told the people at the reception about it but nothing was done to fix it and in the end I had to use data connection. For me it was a major minus. The view from the balcony was to the abandoned partially destroyed property. The instant coffee at breakfast - shame for Greece.

Cons: Decor dates back to 1970’s in the bathroom matching pale blue and green suite. Same colour as my moms bless her soul.(green). But still great value.
