Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, noting its proximity to the city center and local attractions. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with the service, describing staff as unfriendly or unhelpful. Cleanliness is another major concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms and outdated facilities. Breakfast receives negative feedback for quality and variety, and bathrooms are frequently described as old or poorly maintained. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, breakfast, and bathroom facilities.
