Cons: Breakfast was little poor and the double bed in the Orangerie wasn't the greatest as the mattresses were moving as there were no edges to the bed.

Pros: An interesting Chateau Hotel. Very large, comfortable room and better than typical continental breakfast. The dining room was closed the evening we were there. They offered to serve us dinner, but we didn't quite understand how that was going to work, so we went into nearby town on our own. When we returned another couple was in an area just beyond our room, sitting at a table set for dinner. We didn't get to see what they were served, but if breakfast was an indicator, it was likely good. Located about 15 minutes from Kutna Hora, a little difficult to find without a good map, but we had google directions and we found it okay. Good service and staff.

Pros: Although at arrival the airco wasn't working in out room, the staff was absolutely professional and quickly changed our rooms. The restaurant is excellent and offers a good value for money. The pool was very nice and deep and well kept. The rooms where spacious and decorated and equipped with care.
Cons: Not really a problem, but the evening secretary didn't spoke any English, she was helpful nonetheless and got somebody else to help us out excellent and quickly.

Pros: Had a bath tub and nice breakfast. Staff was polite.
Cons: Beds were not very comfortable, room was too warm, and concert from nearby was loud. When spoke to hotel staff they noted they were full so room could not be changed.

Pros: Hotel has nice rooms, unfortunately without air condition. The restaurant was closed at 22 so we could not enjoy it. Reception staff were very young but ok. To go to the city centre you have to walk 10min. In our case, finding a food after 10pm. Lift did not work but we had the room on the first floor. Reception left us looking for stairs and it felt like they did not know the city to give an advice. It was very clean but pillows were soft. We paid 100€ for one night with breakfast, which I find correct. Breakfast was ok.

Pros: Reception is opened till 22:00, but the lady was so kind that she waited for me till 22:30 and met at the railway station and picked up to the hotel, cause I had late train to Kolin.
Cons: No mineral water in the room. There was no full length mirror.

Cons: I booked one room one night on booking.com and was charged different price because there were 2 of us. Also, we had to wait half an hour and call the owner 2x for him to send an employee to open the door to let us in. Check in process was tedious and receptionist was unfriendly.All together there was a poor communication on price, bed type and check in process.

Cons: Hardly saw anyone during my 4 night stay. The owner was friendly, but no one on reception desk, while I was around. Blinds did not work in my room, so had to be careful walking around after a shower - people in the flats behind might see.
