Cons: Parking logistic, 2 times other cars have parked so we couldn't go out and the guards didn't have the keys. This is not OK on a 5-star hotel

Cons: Breakfast is average for the price they charge you. They charge for things like pool and boating is charged as per 30mins. The travel desk charges are super high, so check for alternate travel options. Food is quite average.. The room rates are including bf and compulsory dinner which I found strange as the food was very average.

Pros: Good location with nice Sunrise view. Nice greenery inside and around the resort. Rooms were spacious. Tasty breakfast options. Resort provided many touring / trekking options with reasonable rates which included taxi service also.
Cons: City access is not good, advance taxi booking is the only option. No restaurants near by and one has to head out to city always since no one delivers to the resort. Lunch / dinner menu options are limited.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Parking space was adequate. Room had a good view. The hotel employee Atharva who setup our campfire was a good fellow.
Cons: Dinner was average. Worst experience with the reception guys. What they agreed earlier in phone conversation was not met in actual. And since it was very late in the night the reception fellow (forgot his name) was quoting, "if you dont like you can move out i will refund your money, also you did not book directly or walk-in for the hotel. Talk with booking.com, I dont want to answer you". But at 8pm in the night where would i go and search for a place to stay?

Cons: The road towards the resort is very bad. Too much inside from main road. The service is so poor. They dont clean the bathrooms, bedsheets, plates, glasses etc. Dont go and get disappointed during your holidays.

Cons: Cozy place but something is still missing. Rooms not fully furnished, no sanitary items, etc. Water heater not functioning, had to wait 20min between baths..!! Service isn't that good.

Cons: Check in / out time is not convenient. Also it is not mentioned during the booking process, as it was only displayed after the booking. We checked in at 2.30 pm and they forced us to check out at 10 am morning which is very difficult when we have family with kids. We need to get 24 hrs room availability from the check in time. Because we travel as per our convenience and not as per the rules of the hotel and this info is not mentioned during pre booking process in booking .com
