Cons: Zero
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very responsive & attentive to all minor details! Their care & professionalism guarantees a most peaceful stay.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely thatched beach-side chalets. Excellent staff. Beautiful beach location, with soft sand.
Cons: Seemed a bit expensive for Thailand - but we haven’t any previous experience of beach resorts in Thailand.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The beach was beautiful and we almost always had it to ourselves. Travelling into the hotel by boat, we saw many locations with very crowded beaches, but the beach at this location was clear and empty most of our visit. Having our own pool at our room was also a treat and worth the cost. The breakfast buffet each morning had everything we needed. There was a cook for omelettes, bacon and other meats, fruit and deli meat/cheese choices, etc... All very good! The staff here also tend to you constantly, very nice! When we traveled to dinner, they picked us up in a golf cart. When we sat in the beach chairs they showed up with a bucket of ice and water bottles. They have scheduled hours for bringing fruit, ice cream, and afternoon tea to guests. The person I was travelling with had a birthday during our trip and the hotel showed up with a birthday cake for her. Wonderful service!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent Resort and the beach is crazy. I will come again.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The beach is unbeatable, it is almost like a private beach. The team is really professional and make their best effort to ensure your comfort. Nice layout of room. The food is good, especially the seafood buffet with fire show, worth to try.
Cons: We stayed in room 109 next to the main pool, it is convenient as we have kids with us, yet lack of privacy if it is for couple.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: May be some activities for kids ...and a small play area to keep them busy and interested
Cons: Breakfast can have a few more options in form of cuisines
8,8 Excellent
Pros: We went there for just a two nights stay for our Honeymoon! We love how friendly and efficient the staffs were. They made us feel very welcomed even from the start. I like it that they were considerate as we are muslims so they try to provide us with muslim friendly food (no meat/no alcohol). The room we stayed in was marvelous, we were welcomed with our chosen essential oil, choice of drinks, our chosen natural soap bars and soft music. I love how that there are freebies during the stay, like the welcome drink, the 1pm fruits, 2pm ice creams and the 3-5pm tea time! The general manager was very nice too! Thank you GM Pornthep Hantrakarnpong and also one of the staffs, Jel! Their food is also amazing!
Cons: There were bunch of lizards and ants, but what to expect, it’s their natural habitat after all heheh
6,3 Good
Pros: nice environment Nice complimentary fruits and afternoon tea Great beach and water activities
Cons: Bad attitude staff in the lounge of ao Prao pier Not so good housekeeping Far from the groceries

2,5 Mediocre
Pros: We did not like at all. we will not return to this hotel!!
Cons: Poor service, reception not very kind, ,Bed smell of urine in the room Not kids friendly, Ants on sticky dining tables ,Exorbitant prices,. This is not a 4 star hotel
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We love the location on Ao Prao beach as it is away from the busier beaches on the eastern side if the island. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the restaurant has enough variety to cater to differing tastes in our family of four. Always a great place for a long weekend.
Cons: We keep coming back so not anything worth mentioning
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good clean hotel. Staff brilliant and beach spotless. Food amazing and all at a fair price all round brilliant 3 nights stay
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place. Right on the beach, lovely location, very friendly staff. Rooms were big, clean and very nicely decorated. Nice pool and plenty of beds and towels. The Buzz resturant is excellent if you love Thai food. We ate there every day and Wibol (and Joon) were excellent in recommending dishes and looking after us.
Cons: Transfer from mainland was poor. Over 15 minutes late, disorganised and no one seems to be in charge. Boat was heavily loaded on one side and we had to change in flight in choppy waters. Found the food and beers in Breeze the most expensive in all our many Thailand stops.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect getaway for a couple, a bit like a honeymoon. Good to get a taxi into town for a more local experience. Didn’t use Spa as prices too high.
Cons: Beach and pool fabulous
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The everything is perfect.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Food is amazing. Beautiful views allover. Staff is great.
Cons: Everything is amazing except the distance to the rest of the island. However renting a bike or taking taxi resolves this.
6,0 Good
Cons: It took the Hotel three reminders and more than one day to fix the wifi. First the Signal was so low that it did not work

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and very tidy, the facilities were excellent and the atmosphere of the resort was excellent. We all really enjoyed our stay and will be back again. I especially loved the no plastic policy and they provided you with a tote bag to use whilst shopping on the island. This is the resort to come too for a relaxing and peaceful time away.
Cons: Everything was perfect
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The room is big with beautiful view. The restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful in explaining the details of the food and drinks. Very quiet area and relaxing. SOME of the front desk staff are friendly. Just 3 minutes walk from hotel to the pier. The room rate included the boat shuttle service
Cons: Still seeing some big pieces of rubbish and dog dung near the beach which make us dont feel good if walk on the beach barefooted.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very good thought through, small and cosy, very clean, very relaxing.
Cons: Location is outside the national park, so the beach is a bit boring comparing to other places on the island, but it also means less people, which is a great advantage.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for 2-3 night stay Quiet location Not too far from 7-11 Very close to the pier
Cons: -
9,2 Excellent
Pros: A private beach
9,2 Excellent
Pros: A very nice small hotel with an excellent restaurant. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. We would definitely visit again.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: All staffs are kind, lovely swimming pool & restaurant. Quite place!
Cons: Just there were so many spiders and aunts. Except that, all good
5,4 Okay
Pros: Location was great.
Cons: Aircon was SO SO loud. Tried another room and same problem. Spent every night turning A/C on and off to try and get some rest. Staff do not speak English meaning ordering breakfast preferences was impossible.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice new hotel. Clean rooms. Very good and tasty Thai restaurant and seafood was amazing. Fresh and tasty. But breakfasts I would improve. Very limited choice. But for 2-3 days it is ok. The beach is nice, but not so beautiful as on the other sides of the island. And as the hotel is new they don't have shadows from the trees/palms. So you can't spend all day in the hotel/beach as it's to sunny and hot. And you will be always under direct sun. The great thing about this hotel - they have FREE shuttle boat from Ao Prao Pier. And the terminal their is amazing- with aircone, cafe, clean toilets etc! And it's complimentary! We didn't know about it.
Cons: When I called to the hotel at the day of check in and asked about their complimentary shuttle boat from the pier they couldn't not explain me well that they have a Free boat at from Ao Prao Pier. And we took the public boat from Ban Phe Pier. And pay extra money. But when we checked out we were told that there is a complimentary boat right from our hotel! And we arrived in 30 mins to a beautiful, clean terminal with aircone! So we were very disappointed that we payed extra money for return tickets for public boat.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely peaceful hotel with a nice small beach. Very nice personnel & smooth service. Smooth boat ride included in the package. Good restaurant in the hotel.
Cons: You needed a motorbike to move around, but also walking distance ok to the center/bigger beach.

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A ferry terminal shuttle is provided at no charge, and free self parking is available onsite.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good view, very delicious pizza, nice facilities
Cons: check out before 12.00 AM if not the receptionist will call you every 5 min
6,3 Good
Pros: The cottages by the smaller beach are wonderful. Some with direct sea view and in a more green and secluded area than the main "hotel style" and much more expensive rooms! Go for the cottages
Cons: The smaller beach was full of plastic trash. I picked up a huge lot while resorts staff was sitting around looking at me. Staff speaks no English whatsoever. All in all the unprofessional and uncaring staff quite ruins an otherwise nice place.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant staff. Excellent location.
Cons: Room 803 or similar not of my liking. Best to upgrade to next level.
7,9 Good
Pros: nice private beach nice resturant
Cons: too noisy when ur neighbours shut the doors and the air conditioning broke down in the midnight at our first night of stay
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The pool, the location , the room.
Cons: The reception employee wasn't nice at all .
7,1 Good
Pros: Three swim pools in this resort!
Cons: Only 15 minutes for bike rental.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast and cleanness room
8,8 Excellent
Cons: The pool staff were not very helpful. They were constantly on their phones and hard to get any service from them. Also, never any margherita pizza which we found to be very strange as they would do other pizzas. Kids not happy that there was no margarita pizza.
7,1 Good
Pros: We booked a deluxe cottage with twin beds. Upon arriving to property we noticed that the room doesn’t have twin beds. The base of the bed is double, with two separate mattresses that are glued together with no option to separate. When trying to get some service from the hotel regarding this, they offered us to upgrade to a room with “normal twin beds” (in their words) for an amount of 1000 baht. Which to me sounds ridicules. This really ended up in a disappointment, and we left the island after this stay. Will not go back to this hotel again in the future because of how the staff handled our complaint. Not recommended for people looking for twin beds.
Cons: Service can be better by hotel staff. Breakfast was average. Main pool of the deluxe villa zone is great.
7,1 Good
Cons: service at pool bar very slow not efficient

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
7,1 Good
Pros: Good location. Good restaurants. Delicious seafood and not expensive.
Cons: A staff didn't told any details about boat. We have to check everything by ourselves. If compare with other hotel this hotel isn't good service for me. A little bit dangerous with suddenly deep sea because of short beach. This is not hotel fault but not have any warning signs from hotel. A breakfast just few of food. :(
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was amazing, very spacious and comfortable, outside area overlooking the beach. We were upgraded a sea views room but the garden view rooms looked great too. Breakfast was excellent, interesting Thai options. Staff were friendly and helpful, we rented a moped from them, which was a brilliant way to get around. Would stay again.
Cons: Not the nicest beach on the island but the location at the far end of I away from the port was probably the best of that beach. Some local information in the rooms would be helpful.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful place emerged in nature
Cons: Lots of sandflies. Better put mosquito repellant
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was the perfect place . I was with my girlfriend. I was in heaven. Paradise .Happy daze. Great
Cons: ????
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff:) They were so kind and very helpful
Cons: Even if the location is quite nice unfortunately I do not think the same for the sea. I stepped on a sea urchin and realized that there were others who faced with the same problem from hotel guests.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We got to try some lovely thai dishes that we'd never had as breakfast items. And we got to eat at the beach or under a roof with the beach and see not even 5 feet ahead of us. It was amazing.
Cons: The Monsoon conked out the tv cables, so that was the only thing missing. But we were happy to enjoy the environment of the resort and spend time outdoors.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location and that it's way more quiet than other places on the island. The hotel is well maintained and also Instagram worthy ;) The rooms are spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable.
Cons: The staff is really friendly and they're absolutely doing their best, but communication was a bit difficult. I know that one can't expect everyone to speak perfect English, but maybe at least at the reception, it should be better. Maybe some written information in the room about wifi, shuttle, activities etc. would help to improve communication, so you don't have to aks about little everything. Also, the menu in the restaurant should contain important ingredients like meat. It's not a nice surprise if you order a shrimp dish and it comes with ham.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The private beach is really awesome, plus they have some kayaks that you can use for free. At night there is a fore show!
Cons: It is a nice gate away for relaxing...there is so much action at night
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous little beach, super nice - and better than expected - beachfront suite. Surprisingly good food and nice fire shows. Very clean, room very well appointed, premium amenities. And this view in the morning... The resort is adorable and the overall stay will leave a lasting great memory.
Cons: Very little. Great for a weekend, but would lack activities for a longer stay. That being said, you know to expect this when coming to Samet, and it’s part of its charm. The only downside worth mentioning is the lack of welcoming feel from the front desk staff. Restaurant and bar staff were nice and helpful, however front staff were consistently unwelcoming from check-in to check-out. This is the Land of Smiles after all, and it would not hurt to deliver a bit more on this promise.
6,3 Good
Pros: Privacy
Cons: No exhauste in toilet.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Everything about property is ok fine accept transportation.
7,5 Good
Pros: The Breakfast was okay! The resort is in nice area quiet and nice beach infront of the resort, and the resort is offering a Kayak for free.
Cons: The price of the food and Drinks in the restaurant was quiet expensive
7,1 Good
Pros: The remote location is beautiful. The room I stayed in was very nice and always properly cleaned. Breakfasts were nice and plentiful. Water is very calm in the bay which made for great swimming.
Cons: The staff are nice but a bit standoffish. I think greater attention needs to be given to better client service They should have a free or nominal charge shuttle. Staff should say hello to you e good morning when they first see you. Prices for food are much higher than those of the resort that is 100 yards away. After I discovered that i would just eat the other place. Also the room snack prices were much higher than the convenience store located 50 yards away. It would also be nice if they rented out bicycles given the distance of the hotel to the town site.
5,4 Okay
Cons: So many things to list
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely beach and accommodation also very good. Staff courteous and were helpful when needed.
Cons: Nothing really. I would go back and would recommend it to others
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and accomodation are excellent. Breakfast was a little disappointing but the evening meals are superb
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The beach was beautiful, the staff were friendly and gave great service, facilities were clean all made an idyllic setting for some rest and relaxation :)
Cons: The kettle was difficult to make work and the hairdryer didn’t seem to work at all but it didn’t really matter too much.

7,1 Good
Pros: Location is biggest plus point. Right on the beach. Neat and Clean boutique style villas.
Cons: They offer food for tour groups but not for customers staying in. was the only disappointing point. They should open the restaurant for everyone and do should do some evening activities to keep customers active.
7,9 Good
Pros: The location was perfect. WiFi very good.
Cons: Rooms are being serviced late afternoon (between 13:00 and 15:00) if at all.
6,7 Good
Pros: Love the location of this hotel, and the staff are very helpful.
Cons: The hotel is totally focussed on dealing with large numbers of day tripper Chinese tourists who arrive early each day ( by 9 am) and completely take over the bar and restaurant area, meaning that guests are unable to have breakfast there, and are woken up early as these groups are VERY loud
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great Location right on the beach, nice bungalows,
Cons: hotel caters and serves every day hordes of chinese day tourists from the mainland. Makes it extremely busy during daytime.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Convenience
Cons: Nice garden along the ways to the resort itself
5,8 Okay
Pros: Closed with the beach
Cons: Toilet bad smell, no hair dryer
6,3 Good
Pros: Room was very nice though. Clean and homely.
Cons: Super noise place . Work up by speed boats and jet ski every morning. Lots of very noise Chinese. Whe i asked to use restaurant was told to look on beach as restaurant was for Chinese guests. Didnt feel as a westerner was catered for and felt very out off place as more intrested in Chinese tourists.
7,9 Good
Pros: Staff
Cons: Crowded with loud Chinese day tourists!!! No romantic peace anymore!!! :-(
7,9 Good
Pros: Super close to the beach
Cons: A lot of mosquito get into the bedrooms I had to buy bug spray.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing

Pros: Fantastic resort and value for money
Cons: Nothing to report
7,9 Good
Pros: Hotel changed the name and owner. After reconstruction, of course, everything new. Location is ok. Breakfast was included, but we have to go long way for restaurant on the beach.
Cons: In front of hotel there is the main road. Sometimes too much crowded.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Well located in the village, next to 7 eleven, restaurants, bike rentals, etc., but any noise from the bars at night. You can reach Lazy Sandals just walking for 10-15 minutes from the pier. Comfy and clean rooms.
7,9 Good
Pros: Simply and stay in convenient location, near center and sea.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was fine but needs some tlc like a/c mainly but overall good location and fair price.
Cons: Nothing crazy bad about the place just small things .
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: The place that they provide the breakfast was quite far away, but the breakfast was nice!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The place has been recently renovated and was all lovely and fresh. The room was simple but very comfortable with a TV, aircon, a fridge and a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly. Breakfast is included down on the beach which was a gorgeous start to the morning. Great location, right next to the town and the beach. I will stay here again when I next visit.
Cons: The only additional improvements could be the inclusion of wifi and a division between the sink/ dressing room and toilet/ shower.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Great location
Cons: Can’t process Visa card, fuses blow, tv does not work. Morning staff indifferent and rude but evening staff delightful. Asking for room to be cleaned caused a staff tantrum - shame

Cons: +additional charge ( 1 pillow : 100 baht ) +Motorbike rental : 400 baht /day +No one reply my email
5,0 Okay
Pros: Rooms were clean and big
Cons: Management would not let us revise our reservation by moving dates one day. Staff were very rude. Customer service was poor. Pool was small and beach is horrible. Would not stay there again.
7,1 Good
Pros: It was lovely sitting next to the water and relaxing. It would be better for people who are wanting to spend up big on food and drink and just enjoy the view.
Cons: Some of the staff were not very helpful at all. I think there is a huge language barrier for a few of them. Having the pool right next to the bar and restaurant made it feel like you were interrupting people by having a swim.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The Location was ok
Cons: The Bed, was just a Mattress placed on an elevated part of the bedroom - which was very uncomfortable to get to. Breakfast was quite "limited" in choices No real Beach there - they are further away Even though the property is only 5-6 years old - the whole place appears un-finished? The Toilet Cubicle is rather ... small, in fact, the whole bathroom area could have been bigger
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and walking distance from pier to hotel. Hotel beach is too close to main peir and have rocks. You can rent motorbike from hotel 400thb a day to go other beaches for swim. I like its cleanliness and comfy bed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: room is nice
Cons: have to pay for pooling...
7,5 Good
Pros: Clean rooms, breakfast, music at the bar and hanging out areas
Cons: Pictures do not match to the hotel. When you get over the disappontment, it is a good hotel with good location. Beach is not clean, super small as well as swimming pool.
6,3 Good
Pros: 1. The manager was super friendly and reliable and I feel sorry that he has to work there and apologise continuously for what the owner should be addressing. 2. The view is amazing. 3. It's peaceful and quiet. 4. Music is great. 5. The manager always made sure we were doing okay and that our taxi wad ordered for us. 6. The aircon works beautifully and our room was always clean.
Cons: There were 4 of us for 1 night and 5 of us for 2 nights. 1. Room 704 had no hot water the entire time. 2. Room 703 the toilet didn't flush and the shower flooded everytime it was used. 3. We were not forewarned about having to pay 1000baht deposit for each key. 4. The pool needs major maintenance and it's a safety risk for people cutting themselves. 5. Breakfast is extremely disappointing. 6. Third night we ate there and they were out of potatoes, corn, pork and salad ingredients but still charged us the same price for the bbq as it was on the board with the above-no reduction. 7. The staff are rude. 8. When the fifth person arrived she was charged quite heavily and was given a camping mattress on the floor as hersleeping arrangement, we were given the impression that a bed would be put in.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff very nice.
Cons: Food not good.

Pros: The staff were very good. Friendly and efficient. Rooms were a good size. Location was quite good.
Cons: Other guests. Every night they have groups of Chinese tourists coming in for single night stays. That would not be a problem but the behaviour of them left a lot to be desired. At breakfast they demolish the breakfast buffet like a swarm of locusts. We were warned by the hotel to come later, which we did, but there was very little food left. The staff did do their best to get extra food for other guests. They were also very noisy and the smokers amongst them invariably just threw their butts wherever they happened to be. The worst thing though was that quite a few of them would spit and clear their nasal passages in the pool. This is disgusting. I did not go into the pool after the first time I saw this. I had booked and paid for 9 nights but after 5 nights I had had enough and checked out. As the cost was non-refundable I lost about $A440.00 on the cancellation.
6,3 Good
Pros: Young lady at the pool bar was super kind! Mostly quiet and relaxing place, after the big chinese groups left. Every day 2 bottles of water was included.
Cons: Room had problems with ac, they changed our room and it was ok. They couldn't fix the ac so we moved to third room... allthought there were other guests with broken ac meanwhile. Lots of mosquitos in and outside. Pool was dirty, sand and no filter at all times. Many people came to swim without showering first and was wearing sweaty clothes.
6,7 Good
Pros: Modern rooms and bathrooms. Beach was about 250m away.
Cons: Lots of group travel from north-east Asia. The Management needs to advise guests that spitting and blowing the nose whilst in the swimming pools is not civilised. Air conditioning in rooms is noisy, and wifi is rubbish. Breakfast could be improved.
7,1 Good
Pros: Good pool for the kids
Cons: Walk to beach with little kids not the best, have to walk along sometimes busy road. No footpath.
7,9 Good
Pros: The hotel was located in the center of the island which is positive and negative at the same time. Positive in the evenings you had plenty of bars near by. Negative the beach is quite crowded. The hotel has another location at the Ao Prao Beach, called Lima coco. For us that was the perfect beach and on top you got 10% discount on food and drinks and you could use the facilities free of charge. So in fact we got the best of all worlds.
Cons: The pool was under repair which really spoiled the experience. I would have been nice to be informed in advance.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely pool and in an excellent location.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great place, we stayed with our 6 month old and it was all we hoped for. The best part is the staff who are so friendly, caring and attentive - they even sterilized our bottles for us everyday! The two pools are fab, in the time we were there lots of guests were Chinese tourists on organised tours so they were out almost all day after breakfast meaning the pools were really empty and quiet. The tours groups were no invasive or abrasive, we just joined breakfast slightly later to avoid the rush after which they left. The hotel itself is clean and fairly well maintained, we had huge bed and rain shower with small balcony. It is about 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and same from the main strip, so very easy to get to the beachfront restaurants and facilities.
Cons: Wi-fi, my husband had no problem with this on his android phone but both my iphone and ipad seemed to struggle, perhaps this was just me.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The location is good, quiet
Cons: The photos are recent, not the rooms. The room is full of mosquitoes. The staff wasn't helpful,/nice, they simply indicates that we'll get a fine if we smoke inside... They didnt clean the room after the 1st night. 1st time there, last time there.

Pros: Room was nice, pool good, staff great
Cons: Nothing

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Been many times and will continue to do so. One of the best for location on koh Samed. As in previous reviews. It does what it says on the tin. Superb.
Cons: Not the resorts fault however a shame the last big storm only 2 months ago killed a couple of the trees hopefully they will plant new ones excellent for natural shade.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The hotel is close to the beach in a beautiful area
Cons: You don't really get what you pay for. We booked "beach view" rooms, but let's be honest it is kind of hard to see the beach! In both rooms toilets were broken and the pool is not as great as in the pictures. I went to few hotels in Kho Samet for long weekends from Bangkok and it is not one I will recommend.

Pros: The bungalows were excellent, the rooms average
6,3 Good
Pros: Location is beautiful. Setup of resort is good
Cons: Place is a little bit run down and not clean. Breakfast very basic. Mattresses like many Thai hotels very very hard/uncomfortable.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Great location and views.
Cons: The accommodation was very basic and outdated. The staff were also very disinterested, which was poor. The windows and door frames had gaps, which left room for mosquitos to come into the room. There was also no safe in the room, which should be a basic requirement. The pool was also very dirty!
7,5 Good
Pros: Nice room, near to beach, good behavior of staff, nice swimming pool, breakfast is manageable ( not much dishes ), good location except reaching out there ( need to go in a dirty ,strange path ) , no parking available.
Cons: Everything is perfect except reaching out there , no parking available, need to go a strange, narrow passage , no lighting in night, difficult to go other place. If you rent a bike, need to park in a strange place & go by walk through the dirty, strange path.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: The staff were very rude. The room we were allocated looked nothing like the photos.
7,5 Good
Pros: The location is good, you can go to different beaches, there are lots of restaurants, massage places nearby.
Cons: The floor wasn’t clean, there was sand.
6,3 Good
Pros: Feeling secure because the shelters were located on the hill of private small peninsula and the restaurant was good only for dinner.
Cons: The staff especially the guy in the checking box sometimes in the afternoon he work in the bar and didn’t want to made some coffee by the machine ,He said “No one can do” but if you try to do it by yourself with your knowledge about coffee machine,He will stop you and made the easy pushing at the button to made a cup of coffee for you. That was very ridiculous for me. No food for lunch until 3pm but buffet breakfast run around 7:30-10:30 am. The pool was ok if you like sour water and itching around your eyelids

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, supportive staff, excellent location.
Cons: Rooms were a bit small in size.
6,3 Good
Pros: - very clean - nice terrace where you can in the evening - friendly and helpful staff
Cons: - bathroom is a total disaster. It is separated by a very thin wall from the room and you have a feeling, sitting on the toilet that you are actually in the room. What's more, the wall separating bathroom and the room is not full, it is open above. It is very uncomfortable when you are not alone in the room. - humidity. You have a fan in the room, you have to pay extra for the air conditioning. If you touch one wall, it is totally wet. I think, the hotel should provide air conditioning in its own interest. -after one day the room is smelly. Why? read what's above. - very little toilet paper in the bathroom
4,6 Okay
Pros: The price corresponds to quality.
Cons: The area could have been cleaner. Very humid in the room.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super nice, helpful and handed out some discount vouchers for bars and shops. The room was clean, the bed very comfy and the bathroom a size you would expect for the prize. We were very pleased with out stay!
Cons: The only "bad point" was the view from the room but with the beach right around the corner you don't need a good view.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were kind and helpful same as the last time we stayed there
6,7 Good
Pros: On the positive side the room was clean and had a sofa. On arrival at hotel I upgraded to an air conditioned room and paid 200 bhat extra. Not sure if the fan rooms have windows that open or not.
Cons: The windows don’t open. It’s just a pane of glass. There are no ventilators in the wall. Bad smells arise from the toilet. The walls of the toilet don’t go up to the ceiling so it’s useless closing the toilet door. There is an extraction fan outside the toilet but this is rendered useless since there are no ventilation holes built in the walls for fresh air to enter the room. Actually the extractor creates a partial vacuum and encourages fumes to rise out of the drains. Ideally the window should slide open and a mosquito screen installed. I had to leave the front door open all night to allow some fresh air into room
5,0 Okay
Pros: Room size
Cons: strong smell of sulphur in room ruined stay. Woke up in the middle of the night for two hours. No staff available to help, no refund or discount offered (the downside of paying up front -which they insisted) Eventually moved room after several hours.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Colour of the room, ok bed, good aircon, location in walking distance from the city center, and of course the Island is beautiful. Dum de dum dum dum dum... and cool fire shows on the main beach 15 minute walk away..
Cons: Highly overpriced, pictures nothing like the actual room, three days and no visit from the cleaning staff. In the description, it says it's a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal, it's a 0 minute walk and the beach in the picture is a dirty stretch of sand, half way under the terminal and filled with boats.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Aay, her family and staff are so super lovely, very kind and nothing is too much trouble. I was always greeted with beautiful smiles, not the cheesy false smiles of many westerners, but genuine caring warm smiles. So lovely especially when traveling alone. Aay will also do your laundry for you for a very modest fee,
Cons: The accommodation was shabby, which is reflected in low cost. But I'm very sorry to say that the rooms were really very dirty. Not so much as dust, but built up grime, the noise factor was a problem too. Personally I found it hard to sleep, but then I am an older traveler and perhaps younger folk would gate better than I.
