Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were largely disappointed with the hotel. The most common complaints were about the remote and inconvenient location, poor cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and facilities, and unhelpful or understaffed service. Many also noted issues with the pool's condition. While a few guests appreciated the natural surroundings and tranquility, the negatives far outweighed the positives in most reviews.
