Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. Cleanliness is frequently highlighted, with rooms described as tidy and well-kept. The restaurant receives positive mentions for its food and atmosphere. However, service is a recurring issue, with several guests reporting unhelpful, inattentive, or unfriendly staff, slow check-in, and poor communication. While many aspects of the hotel are appreciated, improvements in service could enhance the overall guest experience.
