Pros: We love everything. The personal was amazing
Cons: The only thing that we think that they need to improve is the temperature of the water in the private swimming pool. To cold
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It’s so peaceful and relaxing, the staff can’t do enough for you and it’s spotlessly clean
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous hotel at the beach. Lovely pool area for drinks and breakfast. Staff was great. Beach had chairs towels etc at no extra charge. Breakfast variety was wonderful.
Cons: Worked fine for us since we had a car but otherwise transportation to/from airport probably would have been expensive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I order Boutique 5 Hotel, a suite with private pool & sea view for 3 people but a week before they call to say that they are over booked and ask me to move to their new hotel that is next by - Mayia Exclusive Resort. & Spa, new hotel, they gave us the Mayia suite with private pool and sea view all inclusive. It was great, we enjoy so mach from the hotel, our suite was wonderful, they thought about every thing in the room and in the resort in general , they were so friendly, the food and drinks were great. We didn’t want to leave and defiantly want to come back! Every thing was as they promise and more!
Cons: Even so we enjoy a lot - 1. In the food we like variety of vegetables salads and less carbohydrate 2. The suits are so beautiful that it wasn’t so privet when we seat next to the pool, every one is looking at you
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were really terrific in every way...always pleasant, helpful and creating a very relaxed atmosphere. Shout outs to Theodora, Diagoras, Dora, the "egg lady" in the breakfast buffet and the housekeeping staff. The private beach is outstanding...clean, very private and living up to the pictures in the Boutique website. Facilities and cleanliness are exceptional.
Cons: WIFI was weak, slow and intermittent. The breakfast buffet was good quality and fresh, however I have had better and broader selections at other hotels.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The staff are superb and truly make you feel special, pampered and cossetted. The hotel itself is extremely attractive, very comfortable and the food delicious, both at breakfast and dinner. The facilities are very, very good. It's a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
Cons: Coffee sachets in the room rather than just tea sachets, particularly as I do not like Nespresso coffee and most certainly not at an expensive charge.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The unique attitude of all hotel staff! Professional, courteous, smiling and willing to help in anything!
6,7 Good
Pros: Good location, away from crowded touristic places
Cons: Inconsistent services. Staff really is either nice, polite and helpful, or ignorant.
3,8 Mediocre
Cons: Inflexibility specially from the assistant manager. The view is not what i expected specially there is an old buildings between my suite & the sea. Location is far away.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Peace of mind. Beautiful sea view. Lovely design. Very kind and helpful staff. Crystal clean sea.
Cons: It was too short, I'd love to stay there much longer :-)))

Overview Reviews
Offering direct access to the beach, this Rhodes property is 0.4 mi (0.7 km) from Kiotari Beach and 2.9 mi (4.6 km) from Asklipio Castle. Pefkos Beach and Lardos Beach are also within 9 mi (15 km).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room, the pools, the service, the attractions etc.
Cons: Everything was great!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: good services and staff, pools are great and good animation crew making everybody have fun
Cons: employee bars should have ventilators near the pool, they're sweating up a storm and it seems it's such an easy fix to correct, too bad this was late in august already when we visited
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location is a bit far from the airport (about an hour drive) but it makes it feel like true getaway Food was decent with low variety. I think the hotel could do a better job there. Staff was very welcoming and pleasant The adjacent beach is absolutely a jem! Our room had a shared pool which was very nice
7,5 Good
Pros: amazing entertainment team. vary nice shows at night. very good desserts all day. service is excellent.
Cons: there is not enough shade around the swimming pool and there is no shade at all in the water. if you want to be in the water you must be under the sun. food is ok but no more.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: High level quality per staff skills Position and Cleaning
Cons: Nothing
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The beautiful beautiful kiotari beach
Cons: The food was too many and not to good. Also the fact that it's not greece, it's like a hotel that can be anywhere in the world. If you stuck in the all inclusive hotel, you don't feel the area.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Services and accommodation correspond with more than a 4-star hotel in Greece. As for food, I positively view dinners, however there were enough possibilities to get something during the day around the resort (all inclusive). Beach is very nice, however you have to take some stairs to get there, which is not a big deal for a person without health limitations (there is a hotel beach bus as an option). Evening entertainment for adults and children was at a very good level with pleasant atmosphere especially the one on the hotel terrace. Regarding all the aspects, it’s one of the best hotels in Rhodes in this price range we have stayed at) - good value for money.
Cons: Breakfast could be better, it was the weakest part of the hotel services. Staff were nice, sometimes seemed too tired..
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very varied. Dining room a bit noisy. Food was great. Hotel is in a quiet location so probably not suited for young adults in search of nightlife. We loved the Greek night entertainment. It would have been better to have it in the amphitheatre as there was not much place to join the dancers. Water gym, Volley ball, Waterpolo were the most popular activities.
Cons: Not much not to like. The evening animation is better suited for families with young children and not teenagers or adults. The fitness sessions happening during day time outdoors, so did not join in as it was too hot.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel. Beautiful surroundings. Excellent facilities especially suited for kids (water slides for different ages, miniclub, playground, gamr room). Large variety of food. At the pool the bar great pizzas all day long and a great option if you dont wanna fuss too much with lunch. Great animation team! We didnt want to leave!
Cons: Wifi in the rooms not so good. If you want to watch or dowload something. In the main building better. In the restaurant the food is varied and most of it good. Lunch was somehow not as good as dinner. Desserts were could use a touchup. Not as good as the rest of the food. Suggestion to the hotel- patisserie - if so many people want creps and there is always a long line why not just get another machine?
8,8 Excellent
Pros: This place is a paradise for sun lovers. It has multiple pools with sun all day and ideally situated near a private beach. The buffet is the best I have seen so far with a huge variety and the all-inclusive option was also well worth it. The executive suite was stunning with a huge terrace. Thank you to all the friendly staff for making this our best beach holiday to date. Five stars!

9,6 Excellent
Pros: It was really top class. Maintained to very high standards. Food was excellent, staff very good. Animation ( entertainment) staff were superb. Excellent location for families of all ages.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly welcoming staff. Exceptionally clean hotel. Spacious and great quality- a true 5 star experience.
Cons: The A la Carte restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has great views but the staff were noticeably less friendly and the food was not particularly special. The wine was very over priced in there too (you get 1 meal a week free but have to pay for drinks). We found the same bottle of wine in the hotel shop afterwards for literally half the price!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Super comfy beds and the food was awesome! Favourite part was the free to customers spa!
Cons: I know this can't be helped in October but the pool was ruddy freezing and the tiles around the pool were VERY slippery, they need to be sorted.
7,1 Good
Pros: Sea is beautiful.
Cons: Housekeeping, low quality of linen.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Modern rooms, comfortable beds.
Cons: Poor drinks, rocky beach, no spirits in minibar, poor service, some rude staff, no 24 hour room service even if you pay, the buffet restaurant was poor and no drinks offered to you
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location, beach, facilities
Cons: Internet

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The owners were so nice and helpful.Breakfast was rich, with a lot of choices. The pool is outstanding.Very good quality-price balance.
Cons: I didn't like much one of the beds. Some of the glasses at breakfast weren't really clean.
7,9 Good
Pros: Hotel nice and pool very good.
Cons: Room like a old and hotel territory small
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and its grounds are beautiful, just a short walk from the beach. It is family run and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Stella is warm and welcoming, but everyone went out of their way for us. Breakfast is delicious. We ate out every evening (several excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk) but always finished off at the bar which has a buzz, without being noisy. Greek night was fun!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel, where you can feel greek/rhodian hospitality. Everything is perfect. Everything is clean. Nice pool. We enjoyed garden and a path to the sea. In the evenings you can taste local traditional cuisine.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly family hotel!!! Lovely staff! Very creative and beautiful paintings by Stella makes the atmosphere very special, cozy and unique! The location is perfect, nice path to walk down the sea which takes only 5 minutes. The sea is crystal pure and rocky beautiful, which is very comfortable for baby to stay and play on the coast, the beach has umbrellas, sun loungers and WiFi.
Cons: Very soft beds. Sometimes the springs from bed dug into the ribs.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Definitely hotel with best value for the money considering the relativealy low prices. Beautiful pool area. Friendly host. Would recommend and I will stay here again next time
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Ekaterini hôtel is a 3 star hotel. In that category Ekaterini is an excellent hotel, with very clean rooms, groomed gardens, clean and hygienic pool and a lot of charms. Run by a family, run by people who love the hospitality and it shows. Thank you for having us!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The most smiling and charming reseptionist you will ever meet! Bonuses. Bad TV reception. No need for TV, open the window for an amazing seeview. No free WiFi. Enjoy some days offline. Or enjoy free WiFi in the lobby if you want to chat with mother in law or your mother.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Light airy rooms. Friendly and helpfull staff and location perfect.
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff (one big family) is lovely. They speak English and German very well. The pool was nice, although sunbeds were a bit unconfortable.
Cons: There is an entertainment programe going on amost every night (karaoke, greek night, disco) - great if you want to participate (and buy drinks from the bar), the noise reaches the rooms and ends at around midnight. We stayed for 3 nights and it was enough hearing the same greek songs over again. We booked a superior room and still the furniture was a bit old and the kitchen poorly equipt. On the other hand breakfast is included and buffet dinners are at a very reasonable price.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: There was beautiful and comfortable so we loved this place so much.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Panoramic view from the room and from dinning area.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The staff was very nice! Everything in the hotel was great!
Cons: The reps we’re so pushy and they didn’t even speak good English and one girl just wouldn’t leave us alone.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It had two huge pools and a slide area for children. The pools were always clean and always had sun loungers available. The pool bar was run efficiently and the pool snacks were plentiful and delicious. The food in the restaurant was lovely and always something different to choose from the grille. We had a sea facing room in the New block which was very modern and comfortable with fabulous views. The beach is half an hour walk away but the free shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes, the beach provided for the guests is ideal with safe swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing with a great water sports rental on it. The beach has a bustling beach bar which is free to all inclusive guests to use which is perfect, the staff work so hard to keep the food and drink coming and keep it spotlessly clean. The hotel has a nice indoor spa in it, you are given a free 15 minute massage voucher but the idea really is to add it on to a longer massage. We really enjoyed our holiday at the Princess Sun and would recommend it.
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like but if I was to make suggestions it would be to add gentle evening entertainment to the inside bar area. The animation team work hard and are good fun (they are mainly French as most of the guests are French) but a more sedate type of entertainment in the main bar would be nice. The water served at the bars isn’t that great but there is a great shop at the hotel and you can buy a big bottle of water for a Euro so I would suggest taking one of these to the restaurant with you. The beer is cold and great, but you have to try and few of the spirits before you find one you like. The wine in the inside bar is a lot nicer than the one in the restaurant. The pool bar and beach bar does great slush puppies which is lovely with a shot of white or coconut rum.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Activities in pool Very good food Very nice view Beach facilities very good
Cons: Stairs to SPA very slippery my wife injured in back
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Always able to get a sunbed. The food. The room. The beach and beach bar. The free shuttle bus. The staff. The pools were spacious and relaxing.
Cons: All inclusive alcohol varied depending what bar you got it from. Would have preferred water to come from a sealed container. The walk up the hill to the hotel.

6,3 Good
Pros: Animators are very nice and very friendly with children, food is good, cozy environment. A clean outdoor environment.
Cons: There was no cleaning service at all, no floor was cleaned, no bedding linen change, only towels change. There was no soap, shampoo or any other attribute in the bathroom.
7,5 Good
Pros: Private beach with bar, nice service at the restoran and specially at the bar.
Cons: Cold water in the morning (need to wait 5 min to warm up), dust in the room, poor rom service
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is amazing, great staff, great food, amazing beach and water sports and would definitely stay again
9,2 Excellent
Pros: the hotel is big but the rooms are small and darkish. friendly and very helpful staff. easy to park but I can see that in peak season this would be a problem. it felt very safe. the numerous number of pools gave people options. the availability of food.
Cons: bread was stale (but because of the heat and humidity in hot countries and bread behaves like this); I thought for a 5* hotel the food was rather bland and very samey; the greek taverna could only be booked once and the menu was very limited (quite disappointing because they could easily showcase their food); I felt the rooms were small for a 5* rated hotel.
Kabanaris Bay Hotel - Kiotari - Bedroom

6,4 Good (109 reviews)
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The garden
Cons: The rooms were terrible. The photos of the bedrooms are not accurate. It is much worse than I expected by reading the experiences from others who stayed there. I’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels that were extremely clean and with decent beds.... I think that the hotel is neglected and the owner just don’t care. The breakfast was awful. The lowest quality....We had an absolutely terrible experience.
6,7 Good
Pros: Nice swimmng pool. Good stuff. Close to supermarket and 2 Good restaurants.
Cons: Old and dirty. Beds very uncomfortable. Poor breakfast. Terrible coffe. Tolliets on corridors full of sh*t... Room service poor...
4,6 Okay
Pros: Very close to the beach. Beach not very nice. But lighthouse grounds and furniture under tree's made up for this.
Cons: Very basic, service could be improved. Ok for a short stay. Lock on bathroom door hard to open from inside. Apart from being close to the beach. Nothing else nearby.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!!!Christina and all the staff were amazing nothing was of any trouble,it was like home from home.Christina and the staff made my stay very enjoyable and I felt like part ofthe family. I have made friends there for life.. it's definitely a mist visit hotel and I will definitely be back, I highly recommend it.
Cons: Nothing.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: friendly staff, nice room with a view on the sea the garden and the swimming pool,
Cons: the wife connection was very bad. There was no connection from the room and in the main hall it was limited and interrupted continuosly
