The hotel stinks of animal pee and is dark, dirty and in poor condition. After arriving and seeing our room we immediately checked out and found another place to stay. At least the staff was willing to assist.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and comfortable beds. However, there were significant complaints about cleanliness, with many mentioning unpleasant smells, dirty rooms, and worn facilities. Breakfast was frequently described as minimal or unsatisfactory. While some found the hotel quiet and appreciated the amenities, others noted noise issues, lack of elevators, and a generally run-down appearance. Overall, positives centered on service, location, and bed comfort, but cleanliness and breakfast quality were major drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Upon check in I was informed I needed to put $100 deposit in cash. Then the walls were so thin our neighbors kept us up all night by snoring. Follow all that by hearing “damn girl you got a fat a$$” on the other side.
Pros (+) The staff checking in on Saturday October 14th and the evening staff were great, very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The room itself was not the cleanest. The wall near the first bed was filthy at best. After we returned to our room after we were greeted with a lovely cockroach in our bathroom.. I will definitely not be staying at this hotel again.
Pros (+) It was close to everything I needed.
Cons (-) It was not clean looking and there was a smell.
Pros (+) Centrally located where we want to ski in Belleayre and Windham plus proximity to restaurants
Pros (+) Our heater in the room was broken, but the guy at the front desk was super helpful and changed our room! Great price and place was clean! We also had free breakfast which was a plus! I would recommend this place. Also lots of shopping stores nearby. =)
Pros (+) Super nice reception staff. The friendliest woman helped warm my Ramen noodle soup bowl in the office microwave at 2am and then escorted me to my room. Complimentary breakfast.
Cons (-) TV didn't work, hairdryer didn't work, no conditioner, no complementary water, no elevator to second floor, no microwave, no refrigerator, no carpeting hence super slippery floors and dusty room. Management refused to comp or discount my incredibly brief stay of just 8 hours.
Cons (-) Fire alarm went off and was told it was common for that to happen daily.
