Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests were highly dissatisfied with the hotel, most frequently criticizing the cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, roaches, bad smells, and mold. Service was also a major concern, with several guests mentioning unprofessional staff, issues with deposits and refunds, and a lack of helpfulness. Bed comfort was another recurring negative point, with sagging mattresses and poor sleep quality. Only a few reviews mentioned positive experiences with staff or room size, but these were far outweighed by the negative feedback.

Enough mildew in the carpet to trigger allergies. Years-thick dust layer on surfaces. TV remote was not provided; when I requested one, it came with no batteries. Heavy police presence outside. Tow truck came at midnight and began loudly removing cars. Dr...

Pros (+) Receiving a credit on my American Express.
Cons (-) From the beginning I seen that the hotel was run down, and the curtains were tattered to where you could see through them. Only one light in the whole room lighted up, the bed seemed like it was 20 years old. The mouse outside was a fright for my girlfriend. The mildew in the bathtub was atrocious. Then to top it all off when I was leaving I had to kill the two cockroaches above the door to get ou...
