Nothing. Received call 32 minutes before time to pick up car. Agent stated that they did not have a car for me but I could call another Enterprise location in another city. No further assistance offered except to say he was sorry. Enterprise were never see or hear from me again. Second time with bad experience with Enterprise.Cons:

The clerk at the counter handed me the paperwork, keys, told me where the car was parked, and sent me on my way. He never offered to go to the parking lot to check out the car or anything.Cons:

This location is not on the Hertz computer system, so he had to make copies of all the paperwork and email it to Hertz. He gave me the copy of the front page only and I didn't realize until later than I didn't have a copy of the complete paperwork.8,0 Very Good

Not getting jacked for a rock chip in the windshield that was there when we picked it up. Didn't notice it until after leaving as it was raining. Wasn't caused by me but I was told that I was responsible for repairs. Don't rent from these jerks.10,0 Wonderful
