10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely quaint lodge, excellent breakfast and impeccably clean & comfortable. We have already booked another stay in January
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfasts were scrumptious and real homemade by Mary one of the owners and her staff! Mary had wonderful suggestions for places to go things to do each morning before our scheduled activities (we were in the area for a weekend long wedding). We did everything she suggested and really managed to see the sights of the area -both nature, and local towns, shopping and lunch. Bill the other owner greeted us each evening when we arrived back and provided us with good conversation and beverages from the bar. And the first evening after a long hot arduous trip up to Vermont (long story) - he provided us with a great dinner platter of warm rolls, crackers, vermont cheeses and spreads and nuts, tea and coffee, despite the kitchen having been closed down. It just hit the spot! Highly recommended Inn! Perfectly located!
Cons: Everything was perfect.
9,4 Excellent

Pros: Good value close to skiing - just at the base of the access road (so about 4 miles), and included a light breakfast (plain bagels and English muffins for toasting w/ butter and cream cheese, coffee, juice, bananas, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, etc.). Room was clean, plenty of towels, included a mini-fridge, etc. Check-in was quick; staff was helpful. Discounted lift tickets available without an advance purchase commitment (so not as cheap as buying from Killington days in advance, but cheaper than same-day purchase at the mountain).

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, location location! Breakfast awesome with many choices. Pineapple was perfectly ripe; sausage exceptional and too much to say. We enjoyed Preston's so much we ate there 3 of the four nights and there are some great restaurants in Killington.
Cons: Bed had some kind of covering that made the sheets and everything move. Never experienced anything like it.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Pool, scenery, proximity to skiing, pub and friendly staff
Cons: Audibility of room noise
7,5 Good
Pros: Close to mountain nice pool and hottub, prestons was nice also
Cons: We were one first floor and the people above us were very very noisy banging on floors at all hours.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Pool, spa and breakfast buffet
Cons: High drink prices
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Outdoor heated pool and hot tub was a nice treat after a cold day of skiing. Included breakfast was fantastic.
7,0 Good
Pros: The amenities were nice
Cons: It was very noisy and you could not sleep
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great! Location was good-
Cons: We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with another couple and one room was on the main floor and one was down a full flight of stairs(22) and we couldn’t carry our own luggage. I am handicapped right now with a cane, the other lady has a heart condition and both men are in their mid to late 70’s. While it was disappointing, the bell staff did offer to help. There was absolutely zero view of the beautiful mountain.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is like going to Great Wolf Lodge but for Adults. Everything is here and you do not have to leave to get anything.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great amenities in better location; a cozy ski lodge within walking distance to the snowshed/ramshed lifts. After snowboarding we were able to quickly get ourselves in the heated pool/hot tubs. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
Cons: The lodge is a bit dated at certain areas. Bathrooms were updated recently but not much else. The bones are there so I feel like a modern reno could take this place over the top.
6,0 Good
Pros: The staff was limited but very professional and friendly.
Cons: It’s not really “ski out”. Our check-in was in the afternoon and we started skiing in the morning which put our lunch packs and breaks in the lodge..no different experience than any other hotel experience. The dinner was expensive. I would have preferred 2 beds instead of a sofa pullout for the price we payed. Also because of short staff, there was one young man doing valet help, bags to rooms, and the ski storage downstairs which we waited 20 minutes for assistance with at the end of day.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, good breakfast. Hot tub!
Cons: The room smelled really bad. Had to keep the window open the entire stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great place that made myself, and my two teenage sons, feel at home. Breakfast included homemade waffles, baked goods, fruit, oatmeal, cereal and hard boiled eggs. I particularly enjoyed the unlimited coffee/tea/cocoa machine. And they baked cookies in the late afternoon after everyone returned from the slopes.
6,7 Good
Pros: Coffee machine and hot tub are great. Location is perfect for skiing at Killington, and there are restaurants and stores within walking distance.
Cons: The room was on lower level and very noisy above us. Carpet seemed to have not been vacuumed and shower curtain had a lot of pink mildew. Heat was hard to control and between the noise above us and that we barely slept the night before skiing.
7,0 Good
Pros: I liked josh. He checked us in and he kept it gangsta. Also the place is really nice, we had an overall great time
Cons: Fake maple syrup. This is VT and they should be serving the real stuff with their breakfast no question

Pros: The host, Robin, was very helpful in giving tips and advice for places to eat.
Cons: A dirty washcloth was left in the shower. There were no washcloths the first night and we had to ask for towels and wash clothes on our second night. Heat took several hours to warm the room because it was in the 50’s when we checked into the room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent home made breakfast by the owners.
10,0 Excellent

Cons: No
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The best breakfast I've had at a hotel in a long time. World-class blueberry pancakes. Staff are super nice.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, super comfy beds, couch and nice extra touches like a mini fridge and extra pillows and blanket. Large rooms, and you park right outside your door. Super convenient for lugging ski bags. The complimentary breakfast is awesome as is the home roasted and brewed coffee. Friendly couple own and run the roadside motel that feels more like a Bed and Breakfast.
Cons: Bathrooms could use an update but we’re fine for our needs.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and owner was great
Cons: Nothing
8,0 Excellent

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Hot tub , trails , location , band
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast
Cons: Dining rm. Was not open Thursday night.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: This is a historic hotel—where one trade’s off cookie-cutter 4-star luxury for something real. Those antiques over there were not purchased a couple of years ago to give the place atmosphere, they were there 70 years ago when the place was first opened. If you’re in to classics, this is a great place. Excellent pub where the locals come to eat, great staff, hiker history and a bunch of lt and at thruhikers
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very welcoming and kind, really making sure guest feel at home. The common area is amazing, absolute homy feeling, nicely furnished, big fireplace, lot of board games etc. Breakfast is very good too!
Cons: The central heating is not sufficient for cold nights, but they were able to give portable heaters so managed to heat the room with that.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We got the fireplace room this year and it nice and clean. Loved that it had a living area with the gas fireplace and bedroom area. Every year we go it snows. It is just beautiful there. Breakfast is so good, pub has good food and music on the weekends.
Cons: The bed was a little hard. Took a few minutes for the hot water to get to the shower. But we love this place.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very charming, familiar, and super cozy
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great- large portions and yummy. Pub on premises had good food also and served until 9pm. Bed was not comfortable
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable- had backache in the morning- and road noise was significant

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly, made us feel comfortable. Location is great too, very close to Killington ski mountain. Clean and nice place to stay. They had clean towels everyday. Money that we paid, I considered stay was great.
Cons: Room was little too small for 3 people. Shower didn't have any shampoo, and also was very small. Room had only one chair.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location. 2.5 miles from the closest ski lift. Super breakfast - included in price. Don’t forget to order the special of the day. Awsome staff. Very helpful, always having time for you to answer questions. Very comfortable beds. Fast, free internet. Comcast cable TV. Free parking.
Cons: Noisy bathroom fans. At night you can hear fans from other rooms. If you are a light sleeper - the noise will wake you up. Some guests are up at 6:00 am.
7,0 Good
Pros: Great Staff, breakfast was good,
Cons: Walls paper thin and no staff overnight to address
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was very close to the mountain (about 10 minutes) so we could get our gear on in the hotel and get skiing within a couple minutes!
Cons: The stairs to make it to the top floor was not fun, however we managed.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size and very clean. Really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Very fulfilling and fresh and made to order. Very convenient location. Close to the ski resorts and many restaurants.
Cons: The furniture was old in our room and needing to be replaced. The drawers for my clothes were broken and everytime I pulled them out they would come off the track.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff who are friendly. Breakfasts were good with a lot of variety and specials from the cook were lovely.
Cons: If you don’t have your own car this is not the best place to stay. The bus up to the ski slopes does run from the postbox but you do have to spend a fair amount of time waiting for it. Please also have correct change for bus. They don’t have change.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Reasonably comfortable, friendly and clean.
Cons: The section we stayed in had no elevator. Does the newer wing?
5,0 Okay
Pros: It was quiet.
Cons: I normally stay in name brand hotels. Marriott /Crown Plaza etc. This place was pricey for a hotel that didn't have heat or air conditioning and it was old.

5,0 Okay
Pros: It was close to the mountain
Cons: Not sure if it was the location of the room (which wasn't great considering the property wasn't full and it seemed like we got the worst spot) but it was so loud. All we could hear all night was footsteps all around. It was also extremely warm in our room even though I turned the heat off and the bed was hard as a rock.
7,5 Good
Cons: No coffee in the room
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Outdoor pool is awesome.
Cons: Beds could be more comfortable.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Priced right for location.
Cons: The window shades in room P11 didn't work. There was no way to shut out the light or get privacy.
7,1 Good
Pros: Heated pool was the best part. Very cheap room, no frills, but the pool would bring us back again. Hotel is super dated and seems to be falling apart, but great bargain for your money. We went for the heated pool, and enjoyed it fully.
Cons: Run down, old, dated, no frills. Weird decorations. And some weirder guests..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. The room was spacious. The pool was heated and because it got cool at night, we were still able to enjoy a swim.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was courteous and had been very great in giving us the information about the nearby attractions. The room was clean and neat. There was a temporary water issue , in which the water from the tap had the bacteria , because their pumps had malfunctioned , but been repaired . As a convenience, they provided the gallons of bottled water and also the 500 ml bottled water . The location is great, had lot of local restaurants around the place . They have free coffee from 5-11 AM.
Cons: The backdoor of the property seem to be broken creating security issue. Anyone can enter property from backdoor.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hot tub and sauna. Excellent staff
7,4 Good
Pros: nice facilities
Cons: staff is not friendly
7,4 Good
Pros: Friendly Staff, good location and great price. I really felt welcomed and that if I had any needs they would have been taken care of. Any dislikes I may write does not take away from the fact that this is a decent place to stay when you do not want to spend an arm and a leg for lodging.
Cons: The motel had an old musty smell that I assumed came from years of moisture of guests returning from skiing. We had arrived in the summer, so I was sort of surprised at the odor. The elevator also sounds like it needs a tune up and my fiance and I decided the stairs were the best bet for our stay.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a good deal for the price. We were up there for a 5K run and just needed a clean comfortable place to stay at a good rate and this place did just that. The best part were the managers. They were so nice and treated us like family.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast here is something else, just simply amazing. And very close to Killington.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Connie at the front desk was a sweetheart. She couldn't do enough for us and was more than accommodating. The family room / game room was pretty cool and the huge open fireplace was quite nice. My friend Adam spent his day and night writing his book by it. I'd give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere.
Cons: Breakfast not included.

6,0 Good
Pros: I liked the location. It was close enough to the ski resort for easy access, but also close to the city for any trips for necessities.
Cons: I thought the breakfast could have offered more options. Also, the parking was horrible. There were not enough parking spaces for the amount of guests.
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: They charged me 229 a night and every one else that I talked to paid 149 a night and I found that rate when I arrived and booking . Com would not honor that rate . There were ants in my room as well as dirty rug, room smelled and there were cigarette all over the ground . There was no heat control in room and no internet service . Parking was terrible and the breakfast was terrible
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was big and clean. There was a coffee maker with 2 pouches for coffee and additional thee. The extra blankets kept us warm. We also used the microwave and fridge. There was available parking space, which was a great plus for us.
Cons: The breakfast was not much, not good, and not worth our extra money. Especially the coffee tasted like it was made from grey snow.
7,5 Good
Pros: Great location close to the mountain and restaurants.
Cons: Very thin walls and unable to change the room temp.. be sure to bring a fan or something so you don’t hear your neighbors.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Closeness to killington is great. The room served its purpose for a ski trip
Cons: Breakfast was a little lackluster
7,5 Good
Pros: This is a very basic motel. Still it was clean in a good location and met my needs.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location. Everything else was a toss-up versus say North Korea.
Cons: Not very clean. Towel had lipstick and other brown stains on it. Hesitant to touch much. Breakfast was the minimum wage version that makes Motel 6 look like a feast. Not even any microwave breakfast sandwiches in plastic. Cheerios, one waffle maker, one coffee urn and I think some bread and jam. Plus a mob of discount skiers. Probably over 100 rooms and saw three staff members including the maid. Hotel is made of plywood and concrete with a lot of wear and tear. Zero charm, as in zero. Discount bed for the night, probably no bugs, near skiing. Short on parking. If you have a choice take the alternate, if not then pay the exorbitant $200 a night that in a regular motel like this would cost $30. Spare key $25 deposit. Dogs allowed and since you can hear everything within two rooms left right and up and down they are like with you too.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location on access road
Cons: Limited parking, no control of heat/ac, only 3 hangers, very poor pillows, only 3 towels/washcloths/handtowels. Front desk not very friendly or helpful.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Me and my friends stayed in the hotel over Christmas. We liked the room, it was spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very helpful.
Cons: Since we were skiing, and the weather was so-so (there was even rain!), we had difficulties with drying our clothes and especially skiing boots overnight. It would be very helpful to have some facilities for that. Also, we did not enjoy the breakfast buffet. Overall, they were typical breakfasts that you would expect at a roadside motel in rural America. It was crowded and no one took care of cleanliness of the tables in between guests. There were white bread, jam and peanut butter, and butter; cereals, milk, orange juice, coffee and an opportunity to make waffles. No eggs, cheese, veggies or fruits, at all. Since it was right around Christmas, and the prices for the stay have skyrocketed, I would expect a little more thought put into this. We ended up buying some food just for breakfasts as well. However, I imagine it being a sufficient variety for some people. Sorry for whining so much about breakfasts - it did not influence our experience that badly!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, good and clean room with two big beds good for 4 people, fridge, microwave, table, TV everything was good in the room and bath.
Cons: The only thing that could have been better is the breakfast. It was barely minimum, i.e. serial, milk, coffee, tea, cup cakes, bread and orange juice. Waffle making machine was first days, then disappeared. Could have been yogurt, cheese, eggs, fruits.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was great!!!
4,0 Okay
Pros: It was all that was available.
Cons: No way to control temperature in room. It was 60 outside and 75 in the room with zero airflow. Opening window let in cigarette smoke in from people sussing outside their room smoking.

7,5 Good
