Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. The location is also appreciated for its convenience and quiet surroundings. However, several guests mention recurring issues with the bathroom, particularly with hot water availability, and some note problems with noise from thin walls. Overall, the positive service and cleanliness stand out, but improvements could be made in bathroom facilities and soundproofing.
