Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's convenient location and friendly, helpful staff. Cleanliness is often highlighted positively, with several reviews mentioning tidy rooms and fresh linens. However, many guests report significant issues with bathrooms, including lack of hot water, poor maintenance, and unpleasant odors. Noise is also a recurring problem, with thin walls and disturbances from neighboring rooms or plumbing. Despite these drawbacks, the value for price and comfort of beds are occasionally noted as positives.
