Adult only pool was great, although could do with a little tlc. Beds very comfortable, nice decor, friendly staff. Beautiful traditional building Great location
Pricey parking, room smelled slightly of stale smoke despite being smoke free property?
The bed was comfortable & the bathroom was roomy with both a tub & a shower & plenty of counter space on both sides of the bowl sink. The valet service was nice & the men very friendly. We appreciated being close to the harbor & many restaurants.
The lobby was small & no other lounge area except around the pool. The cleaning staff cleaned our room while we were at breakfast the 2nd day but the 3rd they still hadn’t reached our room by 3:30 when we were ready to rest so we had to forgo their service that day. But we had enough clean towels.
Quiet. Good location.
On our 3rd day our room never got cleaned. At 4:30 we told them to forget cleaning the room, just give us clean towels. There are a lot of taxes that you don't know about when you book the room so beware in key west. With taxes, $40 a day to park your car. Can't take your food or beverages to the pool area.
The room with garden view was large and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed with both a shower and a bathtub. Everything was great except for the shower floor which looks like it had been poorly patched and resealed several times. It looked very dirty and unhygienic. Clearly not in line with the rest. I would have given a much better rating if not for this. The hotel location is great. Walking distance to both the harbour and Duval street with all the restaurants and bars.
The shower. Valet parking at $35/ night plus tax! The staff was business like and not overly friendly. Also, there was construction in the room next door which meant loud noise starting at 8am both days we were there. They even cut the power without telling us while I was in the shower and my wife was getting ready. They reinstated the power after I called the front desk and waited until we were done to cut it again.
One of the (too) rare cases where reality meets the pictures on the website. We would also like to say thanks to JB, San, Dinara, Peter and Susy!
