Pros (+) The room was clean, the facilities were friendly and beautiful, and the staff was being accommodating. We arrived during a local festival that we didn't know existed and were directed to the best aspects of the festivities and made very comfortable.
Cons (-) I have nothing.

Pros (+) The Azul guest house in Key West is clean, safe, and lovely and offers a relaxing alternative to the larger properties. The wonderful Tippy is a rock star; she has a great sense of humor, and has the quintessential hospitality personality. Luv ya, girl!
Cons (-) Only the guest rooms are air conditioned.
