Staff Very friendly and helpful - Also great for dogs, & the bar area was lovely too.
Breakfast was “mediocre” coffee and eggs not hot Single room was very small, just because someone is on there own doesn’t mean they don’t want some room to relax in comfort... one was actually a crowd even without the dog in room 201
Breakfast was first class with a great choice including a variety of cooked breakfast. We also ate once in the restaurant which was excellent.
A fabulous hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was lovely. Food was great and the bar was a lovely place to sit and relax, an amazing hotel
Very noisy in the square at night but this is out of control for the hotel and will be different depending on the groups out drinking.
Hotel was busy and very noisy in the afternoon, unable to sit and relax, had to find another venue to find some room and a relaxing atmosphere. Fortunately Keswick always has somewhere to find a relaxing . We won’t be rushing back to this hotel as the choice of other venues is better. Probably our one and only visit to this hotel. Facilities were good and food acceptable but left with the feeling it wasn’t great value for money.
Too busy and too noisy.
Very pleasant and efficient staff. I will be visiting again.
