Bathroom floor to tub not even 2 feet wide
I left my prescription glasses under the pillow and called to get them mailed and was put off
The room was updated, very comfortable, inside 2nd floor facing pool. Much better than outside rooms, quieter on the inside. The staff is very supportive. Bette, is an amazing woman who works in the restaurant, over 70 works like a maniac. Gotta love that spirit! Thank you all.
Great place, great experience
The person that checked me in at the front desk was professional and friendly. The room rate was unbeatable. I asked for a specific type of room and she accommodated me without a problem. The room was clean and decorated nicely with marble counters, microwave, refrigerator, and desk. The bed was comfortable. I had the room with a rock wall just outside the pool. It was in Feb 2016 so there was no noise from th e pool area. One door opened to the parking lot and the other opened to the nice courtyard by the pool. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe although I typically prefer hotels with doors on the inside of the building.
Stay at the INN
Reasonable prices and accommodations. Has a popular local bar if you are inclined. Centrally located in nicer part of town.
Bathroom was a bit small and shower height is for someone under 5'5" tall... I am 6' and had to point shower head at ceiling to wash hair. Anyone with a back problem would have been out of luck. Hotel allows smoking on property... Not a plus. Though the inn does require no smoking in the room, saw many people smoking in the doorway. As a non-smoker I could smell the smoke inside my room. AC was very noisy. Needs some updating to HVAC system all around.
It was okay
The room was hot, it never got below 75. One of the beds made so much noise anytime you moved, it made it hard to sleep. The staff that takes care of the pool (an older man) was extremely rude when my niece ACCIDENTALLY pooped in her pants. He acted like she did it on purpose and it was a huge inconvienance to his life. She's 3, fully potty trained, it was a complete accident and she also DID NOT go in the pool. It was just an uncalled for attitude on his part.
Rooms were clean, staff friendly, good value
Not what i expected...
The restaurant was nice and the staff was friendly.
The room was nothing like the website pictures. It seemed small and dark. The restroom was so small that when using the toilet the paper holder was digging into my side. Also, I sleep with a CPAP machine, and I actually had to move the bed to find an accessible outlet. For what I paid it was adequate.
Well planned Corporate meeting. The accommodations were great. The staff was great.
