Pros (+) The room was updated, very comfortable, inside 2nd floor facing pool. Much better than outside rooms, quieter on the inside. The staff is very supportive. Bette, is an amazing woman who works in the restaurant, over 70 works like a maniac. Gotta love that spirit! Thank you all.

Pros (+) The person that checked me in at the front desk was professional and friendly. The room rate was unbeatable. I asked for a specific type of room and she accommodated me without a problem.
