Cons:Says it’s a smoke free building but the entire motel wreaks of stale cigarettes. Needs a remodel.

Cons:Remodeled room didn’t have a lock and was poorly finished. Sink leaked onto carpet in first room I was in.

Cons:There was an unknown spatter stain on the wall in the bathroom, floor in the bathroom felt soft like the wood under the tile was rotted away and tiles were loose. Fan in the bathroom didn't appear to work, light bulb above the sink burned out, lighting overall was poor in the room, there was a mysterious light switch that did nothing, very little insulation in the wall, could hear everything the neighbors were doing. Exterior door on my side of the building wouldn't open from the outside, key card reader seemed dead. A man who appeared to be homeless was asleep on the upstairs couch in the hallway for several hours, another man who appeared to be homeless was wandering around the breakfast room asking everyone if they had cigarettes. Pool wasn't super clean but was tolerable but the hot tub wasn't on and was extremely dirty and unkempt. TV channel selection was poor and picture quality was very poor.

Cons:Quite far from the airport. With plenty of options right by the airport I would have gone with another hotel. We didn't know that the airport shuttle was only provided after 6am so we had to pay 30 dollars for a cab. Also they will not just take you to the airport if you don't have a flight. We tried to take the shuttle to thw airport to take the light rail downtown.

Pros:Good deal. Cheap. Staff was friendly, nice, and attentive. Decent breakfast in the morning. Shuttle was on time and easy.
Cons:Heater was broken and they never fixed it even after calling front desk (it was winter time and freezing- I ended up wearing two shirts and a jacket to stay warm in my room). Some mold in the bathroom. The 3rd party Kayak used wasn't recognized by this hotel (it was the first time they had seen "get a room") so it took about 45 min for me to check in.

Cons:Room smelled of strong asthma and headache triggering carpet cleaner like the kind that covers up smoke. Sheets were bleached and starched but pillow cover seemed stained. The kind of room you would not want to ever put a black light onto. Definitely not 3 stars as was listed.

Pros:The pool was a nice area to relax with the kids. Breakfast was a nice and saved us an expense. We would stay again, but we normally Payless. We are a big family and cut expenses where we can.
