Pros (+) Lovely room, on the river, though view overlooks parking lot and only a bit of the river. The room was well decorated and amazingly comfortable.
Cons (-) The hotel doesn't have room service or a full breakfast, so you have to walk a mile or more for breakfast. Disappointed that the front desk wasn't staffed at night and that numerous attempts to call the front desk throughout the trip went unanswered.

Pros (+) All I can think of after reading these positive reviews, is that we definitely stayed in the wrong building. We stayed at the spa building, which DID have an elevator, but the rooms were awful. They were in desperate need of updating. The carpet was disgusting and dirty, the decor was straight from the 80's, our "viewing deck" consisted of a 2' wide roof area with two aluminum fishing chairs. This...
