Most guests found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and responsive, with many positive comments about service at reception and throughout the hotel. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean rooms and public areas, while others reported issues with hygiene and maintenance. The location was generally considered convenient, though not beachfront as sometimes advertised, and breakfast quality was seen as average to good. Value for price was appreciated by several guests, and amenities like the pool and shuttle service were mentioned positively. However, there were recurring criticisms about food variety, noise levels, and some maintenance issues in rooms and bathrooms.
