Right in downtown near beach
Mediocre breakfast. Parking for only dozen vehicles
Noisey, dissruptive guests, poor management dealing with situation, po
Good location.
A large group of young women checked in and were distributed on multiple floors including three rooms around us. They slammed doors, talked loud and proped doors open and used hall as common area to hold conversations. We brought this to front desk’s attention twice. They phoned someone in rooms and temporarily fixed problem. Young people are entusiastic and excited when traveling. Other guests on other floors had same complaint at breakfast. Large, loud groups should be accomodated on one floor not to disturb other guests. No apology or compensation offered at checkout. I can not recommend The Royal Anne Hotel and will not stay there again.
Free shuttle. Amazing location, surrounded by restaurants, coffee places and shops.
Quick trip.
Boxing day snow storm landed us overnight with our two small children. The staff were fantastic, rooms were clean and the kids loved the special treat.
Great overnighter
A group of 4 ladies stayed in this hotel during our Sunflicker Ultimate Frisbee Tournament in Kelowna. It was extremely comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious as well! A good location for going out and about downtown and fairly close to the lake.
There was quite a bit of noise that came from the street which made it hard to sleep; however, there are notices in the elevators saying that they provide earplugs in the bedside table. I just never saw them till the next morning. Parking was a huge issue. Their underground and supplementary parking was full so we had to drive round and round until we found something on the street, which, thankfully just happened to be free over the weekend.
the room was cozy and warm, We are enjoy the atmosphere, people. Stuff was very friendly. It was nice to have complimentary breakfast and breakfast was very good.
The radio station acroce the hotel was little nosy but they finished around 10 pm it all good
The location was great for our purposes. Nice to have coffee shops and bistros close by.
A little road noise on the Bernard Ave. side of building.
I have always found the staff to be very warm, friendly and helpful.
This stay our room was right on top of an outdoor balcony which was rather noisy with young people up until the wee small hours.
Very helpful staff; clean and comfortable; convenient location.
It was unfortunate that the adjoining restaurant had closed. Most of the restaurants in the neighborhood are specialty and/or overpriced. A simple family-style restaurant would be an asset to the vicinity.
the friendliness of the staff.
Continental breakfast was a nice surprise, after reading other patron's posts. Nice fruit selection, good coffee, whole grain toast...very nice.
Hotel is a bit dated, but that is not a complaint.
