Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were up to standard.
Your doormen could have allowed the taxi which I had ordered to pick me up to have access to the forecourt. We had to go and find it in the street. Our room could have had a much better view.
Very authentic property, classic and clean Nepali style. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Everything in the room was well thought out, amenities were fantastic. Both restaurants on the property were amazing, the food at breakfast and dinner (Spice Room and The Chimney) was of excellent quality. Spa treatments were also good value for money. We had the most enjoyable 5 nights, if every city had a hotel like Yak & Yeti, we’d book without thinking twice.
Absolutely nothing, if I had to be very picky, the spa treatment rooms could be improved as they were quite basic.
Absolutely everything!! The staff were friendly and attentive. The property boasted a clean and authentic Nepali style. Rooms were well throughout and had all the facilities and amenities one could want, not to mention the comfortable beds. Both restaurants in the property were wonderful, exceptional food in The Chimney and Spice Room for dinner, and there was a great variety at breakfast everyday. Spa treatments were good value for money and much needed after a long day trekking or wondering the busy streets of Kathmandu. We had the most enjoyable 5 nights and if every place we visited had a Yak & Yeti, we would book it without thinking twice.
Absolutely nothing but if I had to be picky, I thought the treatment rooms for the spa were rather basic.
Continues to be the best!
We were treated, top to bottom, with extraordinary service, kindness and hospitality.
