Karpacz hotels near Sports and Tourism Museum

Pros: We absolutely loved the view of the garden and the luxurious bedding. The breakfast and dinners were delicious, and we took lots of walks in the surrounding neighborhood and woods. It was just the R&R we needed.

Cons: I can't think of anything to single out for improvement. Every comfort was there.

Cons: The breakfast was typically Polish, eggs and more eggs, and those terrible sausages. and not much else. My 3 kids didn't eat anything for breakfast. We suggested pancakes to the staff, but to no avail. The location was ok, but it was a 30 minute walk uphill to the town centre.

Cons: Noisy neighbourhood with screaming small kids and dog running all over the 1floor

Pros: View was nice, room was spacious, breakfast was good.

Cons: Staff did their job well, but could pay more attention to customers. Sauna & swimming pool area was also nice, however as there is no changing room bathrobe and slippers should be included to the room price or at least would be good to inform guests about it when booking. Dinner was basic, ok if you don't want to leave hotel.

Cons: Very poor and rude service at the reception (night shift). We were out of water and went there to ask for an extra bottle, the receptionist frowned and initially refused stating no water. However, after much persistence and advising we have a small child who is thirsty she gave us 1 bottle that too as if she is doing us a favor. The hotel stinks as soon as u enter and all over with a strong smell of chlorine that makes u feel sick and nauseous! No kettle in the room! Sofas are rustic and torn! Checkout time is 11 am and at 1055 the staff walked into the room to clean it up without checking if anyone is inside! Rooms are over priced, we paid 900 zl for one night and with the terrible experience it was not worth it! Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Pros: It was absolutely amazing! The view, room, food, staff, we loved it there and we will be back for sure!!! My husband went cycling and said that route was great too! I highly recommend Dziki Potok anyone who wants to relax with nature view.

Pros: all the facilities were brilliant, excellent breakfast, full of choice. Restaurant evening menu was fab, food was gougers. View from my husbands room was a beautiful panorama, mine was a car park :) I would add a kids club in the evening, the play rooms are already there, but just to give the parents a little bit of break

Cons: Indoor playground is available only when the restaurant is open, 12 - 10pm.

Pros: Great place to stay, very comfy bed and spacious room, with lovely view of Sniezka. Great choice of delicious food for breakfast,and staff was very polite to meet our need for a gluten free bread and pastry. There is about 15min walk to city centre, so still close to it,but hotel is located in nice and quiet area. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend this place.

Pros: The place looked very well looked after, clean and comfortable. The room actually comprised of two bedrooms, hall and a bathroom. We had a nice view over Sniezka mountain right from our balcony. Room and bathroom was clean and specious. Bed very comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast - tasty and plentiful.

Pros: The facilities for the spa, the pool table. The opportunity to have an evening meal.

Cons: We were initially under the impression that they were advertising airport transport, but when we contacted them they informed us that this is not something that they provide. In addition to this, the hotel advertises that they have English speaking staff but when we arrived at the reception, the lady on the desk could barely explain to me where our room was. She asked me sign a contract and it was in Polish and I wasn't given an explanation of what it says either.

Pros: I liked: - the style of the saloon, coridors and the restaurant of the property, - it was clean (apart of one element, mentioned in don't like), - breakfast was fair, - there was hot water.

Cons: Unfortunatelly to much to write, I will just mention the main points: - lack of heating! It is not acceptable that there is no heating when outside is 5 deg C and the temperature in room goes much beyond 21 deg claimed (not proven) by reception. It is not acceptable to place guests in the room with broken window (lock was broken) - I guess the staff wanted to ensure fresh air :) - rooms: size and decorations, Maybe I was missled by booking photos, maybe by some descriptions or maybe somebody has good photoshop skills, however our room was far behind this what you can find on booking. - room equipment (double room) - beds, I will not refer to comfort becaues it is individual thing, plastick sheet, dirty bed cover (only cover, bed seets were clean) and two materaces instead of double bed for sure do not represented ordered double bed. - 10% discount for restaurant: firstly taking into account prices in reastaurant this 10% is needed to make them more 'normal', quality of food ok (better you can find in several places arround), discount not included even after requesting it when ordering. - beautifull saloon, not accessible for guests after closing reception. - shower heanger broken. On the end very dissapoiting place. Reading all these positive reviews I have feeling that there are two levels of rooms and we were these unluckies. Taking into account really nice and polite discussion with reception, I have impression that the money and rating is this what matters and any positive criticism is simply not accepted.
