Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. The pool area was highlighted as relaxing and enjoyable, and many found the location convenient for accessing local attractions and the beach. Cleanliness was also noted positively in several reviews. However, some guests experienced significant issues during a flood, including poor emergency organization and property damage, and there were occasional complaints about gym facilities, room hygiene, and the distance to some amenities. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most guests.
