Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, scenic views, and good value for the price. Many enjoyed the breakfast and found the property to have useful facilities like parking and a pool. However, numerous reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, poor service, and lack of maintenance, particularly regarding bathrooms, staff responsiveness, and basic amenities. While some guests had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, others were dissatisfied due to unclean rooms, inadequate service, and infrastructure problems.
