Pros (+) The rooms are nice.
Cons (-) The location is terrible, It’s sketchy to leave your car on the street and have to walk to the hotel as there is very little parking, the liquor store beside it attracts sketchy characters, the wifi does not work 90 % of the time when it works it’s terrible. Breakfast is not included if you book online. The walls are paper thin. Would not recommend.

Pros (+) Room was well appointed and beds were comfy
Cons (-) The building has centralized heating that cannot be controlled at the individual room -- our room was very hot, probably in the 90F range. When we called for assistance we were essentially told to open the window. When we raised the concern again at the front desk, we were told "at least it's better than being cold". First world problem, yes, but we won't be going back.
