Description of how to drop off the vehicle in Vancouver. There was no signage and we had to visit the tourism information and then speak to people at the hotel to determine where to drop the vehicle off.They really need to advance into the 21st century. everything nowadays is digital. My credit card is part of my digital wallet but it's not good enough for them. The staff is very friendly, Kind & helpful, it's the company BS & hoops you have to jump through that make this a poor customer service exp.
It was really nice customer centric.The professional service was altogether was very high. The truck which I rode was really amazing Only thing the screen display with Google maps would have been much more added advantage. Rest it was really amazing 👏 .

We did enjoy traveling in the brand new Grand Caravan. No problems occurred. It was the right car for our requirements. Staff (Sam) is very courteous and processed car retune expeditiously. Weekly rate was reasonable, while peers raised there rates to astronomical values due to shortages / high demands. Keep up the good experience and rates reasonable. We will be back for our next rental.
I booked for an economy vehicle cause gonna be there’s 5 of us in the vehicle. I got to enterprise and they’re saying they only have a 4 seater. They couldn’t offer me the other ones they have which are SUVs cause apparently I need to be 28 to be able to (which I know was BS). Right when we came to an agreement for me to take the 4 seater for a lower price, a customer came and returned a crossover suv. I asked if I can get that instead and they agreed. They cleaned it for less than 5 minutes when I said I’m not in a hurry cause I’d really rather have a fully sanitized vehicle. But I get in the vehicle and it smelled really bad, like mad sweat. Left the city at 3AM, took the highway and found out the vehicle shakes REALLY BAD when going 80km/h and above. Considering we’ll be driving for 4hrs on the hway, we didn’t feel safe being in it at all. But we all got to be somewhere for work so we went through with it. It’s to the point we couldn’t even talk to each other cause our voices were shaking so much. Called the company in the morning to get my vehicle replaced and was told to contact rental companies in the city I’m going to to get it replaced. No compensation, no empathy, no nothing. So I called a bunch of places in the city and was told that all their vehicles are out and won’t have one til 2 days after. Except for the airport location which is a very inconvenient 35min drive from where I was staying. Anyways, got my vehicle replaced. Clean economy car. But I was just feeling so frustrated how the workers did not have any empathy at all. Well, they let us bring the vehicle back without a full tank but with all the stress we had to go through, risking at safety and all, I think that compensation was not enough at all. Very disappointed.
