The walk to & from the terminal. Also no one to show me different features such as turning off & on wipers, how to work the sun roof, didn't know there was a lever in the car to release the fuel door. Twice the vehicle I wanted wasn't there.10,0 Wonderful

The tires were awful. I was to go over mountain passes and insisted on winter tires. With only a couple of cars left they did give me their AWD and they said the tires were rated as mud/snow they were bald. Scary on the passes!!!Budget

Like other reviewers have reported, I had a quote emailed to me and when I arrived to pickup the vehicle it was $150 more!! I asked about price matching, or honouring the quote and he was extremely unhelpful and would not even look at my email I had received.10,0 Wonderful
