Cons:Felt old and not super clean. Beds were ok. I'll never stay there again.

Pros:Nothing. This is a truly terrible hotel.
Cons:Staff is rude and unprofessional. Waited for shuttle for over an hour while staff was lying to us on the phone saying he was in his way. Hotel is dirty. Triggered my wife's asthma. Staff appears to all be meth addicts. Avoid this place it is not worth it. Don't destroy your experience and impression of Juneau.

Cons:Last year when we stayed it was dirty, rugs ripped, smelled, but it looked as if they were trying to clean it up--painting the walls and replacing the rugs. Yes, they painted the walls and replaced one carpet but it smelled, the rest of the rugs were filthy, towels shredded, tub dirty, bed dusty on top of headboard, drapes hanging of curtain rod, no grab bars to help on slippery tub. The safety door on the side entrance didn't close. Every day I had to redo my key, the window on the van had paper taped over the broken window, at least I thought it was broken--didn't use the van, ice machine broken not to be fixed as I was told the new owner was taking over the 1st of the month. The motel is in a good location and the prices are competitive so I hope the new owners are able to fix it up. I enjoyed using your services though to book the room, just wished the motel had been clean and safe.

Pros:Shuttle service is great! If the shuttle can't get you some where the hotel will ay for a taxi for you. Close to the airport
Cons:Had to help the elevator door close by hitting it and is a lower quality hotel at 150.00 plus a night

Cons:Didn't stay. Booked 2 rooms in February. Confirmed reservation a few days before and everything was good. Showed up and they had given one of our rooms to someone else. They had nothing else available and there was no way we could have 7 people I'm 1 room for 10 days. Will NOT stay or book rooms there again. Really poor service and management.
