Pros (+) Nothing. This is a truly terrible hotel.
Cons (-) Staff is rude and unprofessional. Waited for shuttle for over an hour while staff was lying to us on the phone saying he was in his way. Hotel is dirty. Triggered my wife's asthma. Staff appears to all be meth addicts. Avoid this place it is not worth it. Don't destroy your experience and impression of Juneau.
