Pros (+) the Front desk staff was friendly and kind
Cons (-) We had to wait almost an hour at midnight to get keys to our prepaid/prebooked room because Kayak’s systems did not report to the hotel’s that we had booked/paid. Then, the room had no blankets on the beds and when we reported it, the front desk only knew where extra sheets were, so we spent the night with no blankets.
