Pros: The room, the hot spring and the breakfast.

Cons: Hotel is popular with groups so some facilities can get really crowded.

Pros: The front desk personnel was helpful. We did not manage to reserve seats for buffet dinner for some reasons but he was helpful to call up the buffet to check again and advice us to also book hotpot in case we still did not get seats for buffet. It turned out that the hotpot dinner was really good.

Cons: The room is much smaller than the one I used to stay (our family ever stayed in similar room type a few times so we know). It looks like it is a room for two but the bed was changed to accommodate four so a bit "squeeze". Bed is also not as comfortable as it used to be. There are only 2 hotspring bag (blue one in closet) and 2 bathing sponge. Overall is fine but not these details I mentioned.

Pros: The breakfast area was re-assigned because of a tour group was occupying the hotel. Besides the service at the breakfast area, everything else was good.

Pros: Good hot spring facilities. Good services. A lot of choices for breakfast and dinner buffet. Delicious marcaron.

Cons: The staff at the spa reception should proactively ask the customers whether they need towels and swimming caps. We thought there should be towels inside the lockers. This is the arrangement for the floor with spa at outdoor area. But for the floor with spa at indoor area, you need to take the towels at reception.

Cons: I definitely will visit this place again.

Pros: i like everything in the hotel, and we got a free upgrade to a family room the welcome fruits are very sweet, a lot of snacks and beverages in the room and they are FREE!!!!!

Cons: superior room - bathroom is way different (much poorer) than deluxe room. you pay 600 TWD less but the value is not good. I can compare since I booked both rooms (deluxe and superior) for my friends. unfortunately there are not enough photos of the rooms on booking.com....

Pros: Great location, prompt service, clean facility. Definitely will stay there again if I go back for a relaxing weekend.

Pros: Just 10 minutes walking distance from Jiao-shi station , Hot spring pool is good enough and breakfast is ok.

Pros: Very friendly staff. They upgraded our room, which was great. Spa bath in our room was amazing. Heated toilet seat unexpected but nice, haha. They have a public spa at the ground floor which is beautiful and comfortable, and a small 'onsen' on the roof which is only for hotel guests. Shower caps are mandatory. The spa is mixed, with swimming clothing, and the onsen is seperated and nude. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the railway station.

Cons: I don't see any necessary improvements.

Pros: The workers at the swimming pool were very helpful and friendly. The rooftop hot springs had a great view.

Cons: The afternoon tea was poor and when the food ran out, it was not replenished. Same at breakfast. It seems that The hotel's restaurant needs the most improvement.

Cons: No hook in bathroom/toilet to hang towels and clothes. The building needs renovation or remodelling . The hot food served in breakfast is not hot enough

Cons: This is not a hotel, but just operating few rooms in two block of apartment. Room is totally different from the picture. Smelly, old and dirty room. Poor service. Looks more like love motel than a hot spring (Onsen) hotel. Please avoid if you can to book this place.
