Everything you need for very comfortable stay in Jeeusalem.
Great location. Clean. Nice staff and good breakfast!
Great location, but don't expect more than that
Palatin is in the central of the town, 2min by the tram and surrounded by many great restaurants. It is also relatively quiet in the evening.
The double room was extremely small and simple. There is not even a decent bed sheet. Bathroom was very tiny. Maybe we just didn't get the rooms that was shown on the ad photos. But it's decently clean and definitely good value for the location.
Don't believe the website pictures!
It has a decent location, although not quite within walking distance of the old city.
The pictures on the website are false. Although it looks like one floor was recently renovated, the floor I stayed on was in poor condition, with crumbling plaster, water stains on the ceiling and scuffed walls. Unless you are Jewish and looking for a kosher breakfast, you probably won't like that either.
Everything! Location, staff, breakfast, room..I loved it all. We are an older couple and looked to keep expenses down. Great bargain here.
Run down. Just a place to stay. Poorer quality than a Motel 6 of about 50 years ago.
Location and pleasant / friendly help from most staff.
The breakfast was just plain and basic. While not horrible, there are better ones in Israel.
Staff very helpfull. Juices from breakfast were good.
Except from juice, breakfast was poor. Double rooms to small. Bathromm for elder couple too small. Waiter manipulated the cutlery from the wrong end.
Staff at the hotel was very helpful in giving us directions to visit relatives and go other places. The hotel has an old fashioned charm that matches the warmth of the owners. it is located in the center of the city, close to the major shopping areas and the Mache Yehudah market. The room was small but it had a flat screen tv and a larger variety of channels than the other three hotels we stayed at in Israel
We asked for a full complement of towels eg hand towels but none were provided.
The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was near everywhere I wanted to visit. I could walk everywhere from the hotel.
Rooms was shabby - curtains stained, bathroom needed work - there was some grouting that needed replacing and the basin and shower drains were blocked. The fridge was filthy and there were no tea and coffee-making facilities.
Location ! Location ! Location ! Amazing Breakfast ! Nice staff
great location, close to the old city and to the pedestrian area
WI connection, well located and English speaking staff.
